The hotel location, the restaurant, and the open area in front of the hotel were so nice. Check-in was very easy. The room was clean and very comfortable.

I suppose a fridge would have been nice, but we were aware there was not going to be one, so no complaints.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The beds were great, quite firm, just how we like it, breakfast was very good, plenty of free parking alongside the hotel and the views from our balcony were great.

The wine we wanted was on the menu, but not available; it would be good if people told you that beforehand. AND: our navigation wanted us to take the ferry at Bingen, but did not manage to direct us there properly; we had to ask some locals. Took a lot of time to finally get there.

Excellent location, comfortable room with Rhine view. Dinner (OK-ish) was a bit spooky -- at the reception was a sign saying they were fully booked, but we were the only ones at dinner. It turned out that later that night, at 01:00 AM, a whole boatload of Danes arrived; we met them at breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was elegant and sumptious. The open air seating for meals was lovely. The cuisine was first-rate. The restaurant was very good for breakfast but a disaster for our dinner. Bad food, felt like prepared ahead of the service. My salad was drowning in balsamic vinegar. Tasteless.

The stairs are for me a challenge. I would prefer a lift to get baggage in and out of my room. There are rooms available on the ground floor, but without the balcony I always prefer.

The rooms have balconies and the view is exceptional. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The rooms were super clean and are cleaned daily.

Everything could have been better. The hotel is very basic, no pleasant surprises. Nothing in the bathroom, not even cotton disks, no lotions, the bathroom is too small. The room did not correspond to the photos on the site. The breakfast is not bad if you are not very demending. But no extras, nothing sweet for tea, no fruit, one type of yogurt. But if you have a room with a view, the Rhein is at your feet. You can watch and relax. The advantage is that the Hotel is dog friendly and some people in the team are really nice. But I will not go there again

the trains are a little noisy but if you want to stay along the Rhine they are part of the package.

it was direct on the Rhein close to the ferries and river trips. there was plenty to see and do nearby and the area is beautiful for walking and hiking. I highly recommend the hotel and the location is perfect.
