GermanyYou can hear every step of your neighbors. The apartments are located in the roof section and it sounds like there’re ghosts dancing around even in the middle of the night for some reason. It’s better than sleeping on the street but worse than in a conventional economy hotel . Also the pillows had a characteristic smell which prevented me from falling asleep (I maybe slept for 1-2hours max that night). However the staff was friendly. Overall this location has some potential if the owners are willing to modernize the interior. Also the images provided in the app look much more lovely than the room itself.
Location is Great. Basically right on top of the train station “Wilhelm-Geiger-Platz”. Also 24h check in via a key lock box located next to the entrance in the backyard.

Czech RepublicDirty floor at arrival, service did not reacted to the special request to clean up the day after. Call to the service Nr was required to get the room cleaed after two days. Non-smoking room but with closed window the smell of smoke present, this explained why I have found the room at arrival with open window despite cold temperature outside.

GermanyThere was a musky sort of smell the moment you stepped into the room and you get used to it but the toilets smelled really bad. The room was not entirely clean but it was ok. The main problem was that the walls and floors were really thin so I could hear every word from the people next door who were continuously loud and I think were having a party or something. Also I could hear the creaking of the floor from the room upstairs every time they took a step.
It was right in front of the station. It was ok for one night.

GermanyThe facilities. One of our rooms didn’t have a hair dryer. In one our rooms we couldn’t conncet to the central wifi. When we used the one hair dryer that we had, it would sometimes make our room lose electricity?? so we were always in fear when we had to use it. The water was cut off at one point with no proper notification and when it came back on it was brown at first then thankfully eventually turned clear again. I understand this is normal when the water pump hasn’t been on for a while but I feel like at a hotel it should not be the case.
The location was great. There were a lot of restaurants and a suoermarket nearby. The connection to coty central was also great as there is a central underground station right outside of the hotel

GermanyHall outside my room was noisy. It was a nuisance. Anywhere inside the hotel was smelly. Specially due to the cooking of the restaurants in the same building. Noises from outside of my window could not be blocked.
Location of the hotel with regard to the train station was perfect. It was 24/7. You could open the door yourself. A very good doner kebab restaurant was in the same building of the hotel.

UkraineIt was a bit dusty (cos I'm allergic, unfortunately, and it was there somewhere because in the morning, I had no rest from those symptoms). And the neighbors were late up one evening up to 2 a.m. (talking loudly, smashing doors. I had to wait until they calmed down in oder to fall asleep). It was not so comfortable because of it. Although, what could we wish more - almost no complaint at all. A good stay in a hotel inside a flat-like room. The price has bid it all. Thanks!
The price for a double +1kid's bed room – unique! Which is not a hostel. & liked that the personnel was very friendly and even more – allowed a discount that was not anticipated 👍🏼 we stayed for two nights and were comfortably located next to a u-bahn station under the beautiful square and next to many nice cafés. Not far from the city center! The room had a big TV with satellite channels, and it had a separate beautiful bathroom. Nice view from the window. The two antique mirrors 🪞 made a vibe, too. Also, there was free parking in the backyard.

GreeceIt was an absolute disaster. I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Trust hotel and apartments. The reality of the room was a far cry from the images displayed on the website. Not only was the room significantly smaller than advertised, but it also lacked a fundamental necessity:a BATHROOM DOOR. Imagine our shock when we discovered that there was no door separating the bathroom from the rest of the living space. This lack of privacy is completely unacceptable and made for an uncomfortable experience throughout our stay until the owner fixed it one day before our check out. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the apartment was abysmal.Not only did it not meet basic standards of hygiene (hair on our pillowcases , stains of dirt in our towels and rubbish beneath our beds), but we also encountered a SMALL MOUSE SCURRYING UNDER ONE BED(we couldn't unfortunately capture it in a photo but we definitely saw one under our bed; we think that it lives inside the first mattress as there is no way out of the room). Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the owner immediately, there was a blatant lack of concern or action taken to rectify the situation. To be fair we searched together for the mouse for 5 minutes and that was all he did about the issue. We asked for a refund or if we could at least spend the night in another room but he refused and said that their rooms were fully booked. Having to spend the night in such unsanitary and uncomfortable conditions, knowing that there was a mouse present was distressing to say at least. I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that future guests are not subjected to the same substandard conditions. We expect an apology for the distress caused by this unacceptable experience. This level of negligence is inexcusable and I will not hesitate to share my experience with others to prevent them from enduring a similar ordeal.

I was there, not once I saw a member of staff room never being clear once, and neither changed the towels bed sheet or pillow it was disgusting and disrespectful with the service. I forgot to mention when I arrived. I couldn't contact any staff for the code, which was meant to be sent to me by email. JapanWe couldn't stay at the Hotel. It was double booked. There is no reception at the Hotel and people can get the keys from the key box by giving the code that we can see in Email. We gave the codes and tired and tried but it didn't work. We couldn't get any keys, so we couldn't even go in the building first. And then there was another pair at the entrance in the building who had the same problem as us. I don't know how they entered the building but anyway they told us that they had called all of the Hotel's phone numbers but the Hotel didn't take it and they couldn't find any way to stay in this hotel. They made us enter the building and then they went to get another hotel. We went up stairs to look at our room. We had a room number in the email. We thought maybe we could just stay in our room. But in our room there was already a man who had the same room number and the same code to get the key. He showed us his email and we realized that it was double booked. We went downstairs together with that man and called the hotel. A man from the hotel took it and we told him the situation. But he said it's the problem of Booking.com and we must get another hotel and charge Booking.com for accommodations. But it was already too late to get another hotel and we couldn't believe that Booking.com pays us. So we slept on the floor in the hotel. It was terrible. That next day we wrote both Booking.com and the hotel. This is the reply from Booking.com↓ "We've been in contact with TRUST Hotel & Appartements and they've confirmed they were able to properly accommodate you. Unfortunately, after your checkout date, there is little we can do to help you find a suitable solution as we cannot work further with the accommodation to assist you. We encourage you to get in touch with our Customer Service as soon as you can during your stay, so we can do our best to support you.
