We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWifi is very weak and slow . Since the cell phone connection is not great it is important to at least get a strong and speedy wifi. In some locations of the hotel you barely could connect. We stayed 4 nights and two days the hotel was overbooked and you would feel it during the breakfast when the staff did not manage to bring even empty glasses or still water to the buffet. Also the dinner that night was a bit a mess. You waited 1,5 hours for your food which is not ideal with kids.
Great property. Amazing food and very tasty. Great breakfast with variety of choices. The kids room is amazing having a lot of activities, our kids didn‘t want to leave it. Rooms are spacious, clean. The cleaning service is amazing and in general the whole service is amazing!

Truly grand hospitality and family friendly place. Never experienced such a level of professionalism and care from staff. Owners personally come to interact with hotel guests every evening during dinner, this really makes it special. They are fully integral part of the business. Food was exceptional including the buffets. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature, kids friendly, high quality holidays. Will come again. Thanks a lot.

DenmarkThe initial reception area when you come from the outside had a bit of a “hostel vibe,” but that’s really the only thing I didn’t like.
The entire atmosphere is romantic and amazing, with stunning views from the balcony. The staff are very friendly, making us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast and dinner at Silberberg were some of the best meals I’ve ever had at a hotel. The sauna area was fantastic. This is the best hotel I’ve visited so far!
