Place is very near to Bahnhof and quiet. Very clean and reasonably spacious for 2 people. Really value for money. Would have given 10 if one of the shower door wasn't faulty. I think the faculty was not not aware of the defect. Other than that, everything was very good. I would definitely visit again

Not a lot of vegetarian choices for breakfast

Really close to the train station and with reception 24/7. The neighbourhood is not the best of Frankfurt as it is near the train station but if you directly turn left (looking at the Metropolitan) it is ok to reach the hotel. But on the contrary, if you arrive late by train it’s really good to have an hotel so close to the station. The room was big and with all the comfort we needed for one night.

The neighbourhood is far from being nice, but still probably the best in close proximity of the main train station. As a compensation hotel offers rates, which are extremely low for a comfortable accomodation with breakfast. For me it’s a good deal.

Hotel in a budget range due to location in the area next to the main train station, which is considered dangerous, but no issues in this exact location (avoid hotels in the area on the other side of Am Hauptbahnhof, it’s way worse). Hotel itself was very comfortable for the price paid. The crew was really friendly and the breakfast included was fresh and tasty with enough choice. I got my room super early and check-out is at 12, which is also great. Reception is 24h and they offer bag storage. Overall really good service, way above usual standard in Germany.

Anything close to a major train station, in a major global city is going to have some less desirable people nearby... I don't think they are going to cause any trouble, but any place near a huge train station will have extra noise.

Location was great, and is very near the station and also had a really nice Eiropean breakfast. I enjoyed the single room which was comfortable and also had a fan, which worked very well. Good.internet too!

The neighbourhood was not as safe as I expected. At night the surrounding area is full of homeless and drunk people wandering around while playing loud music. The location is crowded and noisy. Especially as the rooms do not have any AC, you need to keep the windows open at night which makes this a lot worse. Plus, the rooms do not have any tables or good chairs, so If you are travelling for work or study, you may face challenges. Overall and considering the price, it is a good place to choose if you want to spend a night in Frankfurt and have easy access to public transport, but for more than that, you need to explore some other options.

The staff were polite and very supportive. Rooms in this hotel were clean and the Internet connection was also strong. The breakfast was good for the price that you are paying and it was only less than 5 minutes walk from the main train station and trams.
