Good breakfast, location is pretty good if you're in between the flights. Airport was with taxi only 15min away, with tram you'll also have convenient access to trailway station. Close by the hotel there is an Italian restaurant and a supermarket. For a business traveler this was a good location.

Because it is such a good deal, the line for checking in is a little crazy. I mean there were at least 20 people in line behind me and after I had went up and dropped my stuff off, when I came back down, it seemed that the line got even longer. So that would the one bad thing that the hotel should do something about immediately.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff professional. The location to Messe is fantastic. I am really surprised that one could such a good room in a nice hotel so close to the businesses in Messe and not spend a fortune.

I found it odd that doors could be opened that lead to the outside however thre was no balcony or railing. This has the potential to be dangerous.

The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. What a deal for $10E!

I found breakfast to be average with limited choices. I would have liked more fruit options.

The hotel is beautifully decorated at the lobby and in the room. I felt comfortable throughout my stay for two nights. The room was spacious and had a minimalistic functional feel which I really liked. There were several electrical outlets which made charging electronics convenient. I also appreciated that I could stream my favourite apps on the television. The location in a residential are is quiet and easy to get to. The tram stop just 3 minutes away on foot, which provides connection to the Senckenberg Natural Museum. As a female solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I loved that I could see the autumn-coloured trees from my room!

Lack of space / hangers to hang clothes. I was there for business,with several jackets, shirts and trousers. The two pegs on the wall and tiny shelves didn't accommodate much. The area was residential and quiet, but a bit far from any restaurants and bars. It really felt like a place to just come to sleep.

Nice communal lounge area. Cool decor. Comfortable bed.

Unsecured internet is the only issue I have.

Quite and sage area. Just a short tram ride to the Frankfurter Messe halle, main train station and city center. Not cheap but a fair price during the Book Fair.

While the beds are nice they are extremely on the 'bouncy'/soft end of the scale.. not ideal for those used to more firm matrasses.

Too few parking spaces which meant a lengthy search. Insufficient signage in relation to hotel-owned spaces.

Very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Very quiet. Amazing breakfast with great selection of a variety of breakfast items including loose leaf tea. Very attentive staff.

Weird to have a curtain for an entire wall and the shower had temperature spikes every 20 - 30 seconds which was annoying.

I fight spend much time other than sleeping in the hotel room, so it was fine overall.

Did not like the theme like the wallpaper, and the rope behind the bed design. I wouldn't have to go far to fine rope if I had a partner and we wanted to get kind of kinky. ( Just kidding) I even took a photo to show my friend saying to him,Can you believe this room!? I'm thinking to myself leaving this comment that it won't make that big a difference , they're not gonna redo that. But, that wouldn't be that hard just to change those 2 things. Plus the lighting was kind of weird where the main light did not light the whole room up only one side. I always like to turn on one switch. When I go into a hotel room. The travel type theme wallpaper in the bathroom.That was nice. But "bam", the other stuff, especially like the starburst paper that i'm telling you Made me want to put my sunglasses on! Hard to believe that got approve !!? Im a interior designer . And when you're a tired traveler, you don't want that look, you want something more soothing, I don't know if it was in all the rooms. I'm guessing it was the lobby and everything else was great. I hope you guys make the change. A free night stay would be nice also ;)

The cleaning is performed every 2-3 days, and with awful quality. You can see spiderwebs on the ceiling. The shampoos in bathroom have not been filled during our stay. There is no loyalty programs offered in this hotel.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for almost 3 years and everytime it gets worse! I always loved its ambience and cool vibe, although the rooms are on minimal equipment. The neighborhood, however, is my favorite. Close to a very beautiful park and so quiet.

Location was very good . Not far away from the airport. Breakfast was very nice for the price that has been paid. The pillows were amazing!

The cleansing staff did the cleansing anyway even though I put the sign "no cleansing" at the door handle. And the cleansing staff threw away my drinking bottle. It made me feel scared that what if the staff threw away something important?? The room is basic, no water glasses, kettle or fridge. Receptionists also work in the bar which takes a long time for guests in the bar to get service.

The room is spacious and it's modern. The location is very closed to the tram.

Bed wasn't a double but two singles shoved together, dust in the room, unwelcome vibe from staff didn't feel comfortable using bar in the evening. Was informed card machine not working one eve after ordering a drink , they demanded be paid by cash and provided Incorrect directions for atm. When they provided correct instructions and my partner returned with cash they then requested card.

We could not arrange for housekeeping to come by at an alternate time. We like to have a mid-afternoon rest while traveling and found that housekeeping would come around during that time. As we did not want to be disturbed the cleaning was skipped several days. We did point this out at reception, requested that housekeeping clean the room in the morning and not afternoons, however this continued to be an issue during our stay.

Overall we had a good stay. The room was clean and modern. Our room was quiet. Very good shower/bathroom facilities. Very convenient for the tram to take you around Frankfurt. Reception staff was very friendly and nice.
