Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNo kettle in room No fridge in room Not much room to hang clothes if your a family or couple but solo is all OK.
Location for the Olympic Stadium Bus stop direct out side Hotel BUS number 177 its the last stop Super easy to get to from central St via U2 exit at FRANKFURTER RING either BUS 177 stops direct outside Hotel or 15 mins easy walk Room was super clean the BEDS are amazing the shower is also amazing hot water lots of towels Staff are all good and helpful. Breakfast was good plenty of everything of what you expect. Great Hotel if THE PRICE IS RIGHT. I'd definitely stay here again if the price was right. ALSO BOOK THE LUFTHANSA BUS BOTH WAYS over taxi or train.

Good transport links to town via tram 23. Parking around hotel and quiet rooms . Spotlessly clean and very helpful staff at reception . Breakfast was expensive but plentiful with good variety. Its a budget hotel but better than most

ColombiaIsolation of noise is very poor at the rooms and we had a very active room neighbour (didn't sleep so much!). We had to complain a couple of times at the reception for late at night and early in the morning noise. Room has very basic services and there is no offer of double bed, only 2 twins beds one next to the other one.
Despite of the location is a bit far from the Munich main attractions, there are several public transport options that connect you very well. Staff is very kind. Good coffee free of charge in the mornings.

Close to where we needed to be. Good bathroom with a good shower, plenty of hot water. Nice big reception area. Rooms were clean and serviced really well each day.

CroatiaVery good hotel for reasonable price. Personel very friendly and available, rooms comfortable and clean. Location excellent for visiting the northern part of Munich ( Allianz arena, BMW museum, Olympic park all on a short minute walk or drive from it etc.... ). Definitely coming back on future visit to Munich.

Good location 15min to the city center, also free parking spot infront of the hotel if you have luck. Very nice rooms and nice service.
