Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe hotel's room is very very tiny as compared to those in America. As result the room size, I had a twin bed. I am used to sleep in King size bed at home and in hotels that was my problem. Next time. I should pay attention to the bed size.
I did not have breakfast as I left the hotel very early in the morning. Instead of spending 2 nights in the hotel, I ended up staying only one night because my flight from Copenhagen was cancelled and I I cam to Germany only the next day.

Egypt- A common challenge in Dusseldorf and not just in your hotel is that most of the written communication is only in German which is not very helpful for foreign tourists.
- Very strategically located within the city center. - Staff are very courteous and helpful. - Good value for money hotel experience overall.

United KingdomWe paid for upgrade room. Very disappointed, only a shower and no bath. the room was also so dark we asked to be moved. No other upgrade rooms available, but the room we did move to had a bath and a shower. The TV in this room had none of the usual English speaking channels e.g. Sky, BBC, CNN etc. Very strange for a Business type Hotel.

IrelandThe card access and a late check in meant that I wasn't able to get in until another guest scanned me into the building as the desk was empty at the time. The hallway and stairs in the hotel were a little shabby, I would have expected a little bit better condition considering it was a four-star hotel.
The hotel is in a central location and a close walk to everywhere I wanted to visit. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The building was secure, with a room card required to enter.
