Terrible bed the mattresses and the duvet had a mind of their own, the duvet getting tangled in the night the very soggy mattress try to throw it self off the bed leaving a big gap between mine and my husbands, strange pillows one very small one normal sized we requested extra pillows they came after two as kings The staff we not very communicative not even a good morning the fist day there

The room facilities are very basic, there is no water cooker or coffee machine. We stayed in Superior Twin Room.

Location near city center, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Restaurant in the hotel : food is delicious, the price is reasonable, so is the bar. The service is good and fast. The waiters are friendly, so are the staffs at the reception.

The room was suffocating hot, not enough ventilation. We were given a fan , but it only extracted hot air around the room. The tv was supposed to be international , it only had the uk news and sky news on it. The internet only worked for an hour at a time and was intermittent. The prices in the hotel were very expensive, 8 euros for a beer, and £28 euros for a breakfast. The room was tidied up each day but the bathroom was never wiped down, I left a paper tissue under my pillow, as I had to keep wiping the sweat of me during the night, that paper remained there for three days, although the duvet was straightened up. Not the standard we expected from the price we paid.

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast staff were excellent.

The furniture is quite old and the WiFi isn't stable. Beds are very soft

Location is great and if you get a room with a view to the courtyard you will have a nice view of the city, as well as a quiet night (no sound from the street). Convenient parking in the public garage (15 euro/day) with connection directly to the hotel.

3rd stay at this hotel and it is consistently clean, comfortable and convenient. Public parking lot is right next door and you can walk into the old town in 5 minutes, so lots of restaurant and bar choices. Breakfast buffet is amazing, but unless you are a big breakfast eater, likely not worth it. My suite room had a small minifridge and a kettle, but it would be nice if the regular rooms also had this amenity. I hope to be back soon.

The wifi didn't work during my stay, but the staff was kind enough to try to provide me help. But in my coworker's room, the shower didn't work well, the water is not coming out properly. The water pressure was weak.

The location is good, because it was near from my meeting point for work and from centrum.

Have stayed every year since 2013, sadly not the same , staff were abrupt and not very helpful unlike previous visits . Was told couldn't book for our return stay as we've done before....found a nicer hotel on way back . So their loss
