You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaLovely property situated in such a beautiful area! We were warmly greeted by the staff, they presented us the hotel and restaurant! Had a lovely glass of wine and we headed to the nice and warm room. The bed was comfortable and I can definitely say the breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself looks very nice, cozy but fancy. We ll be back for sure!

Lovely hotel, good parking and nice location. Everything was great and the staff are excellent, however, do not miss the restaurant experience which is fantastic. We only stayed one night as a stopover on our travels but I’m sure we will return the next time we are in the area.

Very nice, clean and cosy place. Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast nice but lacking any vegetables! Warm croissant was a nice accent though and unlimited coffee with lactose free milk (option for cappucino) made my morning.

United StatesThis village has a church that rings its bells 24/7. Like it used to be all over Europe in years past - but now most of the churches generally stop around 10 or 11 in the evening and start up again at 7:00. This church REALLY does a special, long bell ringing at 6:00am. I always have my windows wide open - and it got me up for breakfast for sure! This isn't the hotel's fault, but be aware. Earplugs are always a good idea for travel no matter where you are.
A taste of Italy! Lovely hotel in all ways and the restaurant terrific. Beautiful presentation and delicious, We arrived by bicycle and they had a special place to park them in the basement. An elevator and luggage cart a huge plus! Wonderful staff. Very special place.
