You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location, bed, cleanliness, quietness, access to city center and highways, shops, even supermarkets are just a minute away, gym room is fairly equipped, but can be improved a bit. Sauna is great

PhilippinesDidn’t like the dark halls when you go to the room, although with some delay lights go on. I believe there are better equally efficient alternatives.
The check in was very easy, the staff during dinner and breakfast was very professional without being stuck-up and the dish “heimat liebe” made me smile as it was 40 years ago I had this last prepared by my mam.

room and staff were very cordial and professional. Room was very nice and very clean! Shower had hot then cold then hot then cold water - this should have been better. when we checked in there was a wedding reception in the lobby and front hotel and it would have been smart to have opened a side door for non wedding people checking in. we also felt a little put out by staff requiring us to walk around the hotel in the rain to get to garage with bikes rather than allow us to walk through the garden area. finally, thought 14 euros for buffet breakfast was just a little high. Not sure why there was no coffee service in the rooms.

This hotel is gorgeous, an unexpected gem in the small town of Bocholt. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the building andsurrounding gardens are so pretty.

France- Room (Standard Double): spacious, clean, soundproof; it included a desk, an AC and a wall heater; very comfortable beds and quality bed sheets; bathrobe and slippers provided. - Bathroom (shower): spacious, clean; heated floor; liquid soap and shower gel provided. - Breakfast: breakfast buffet with a wide range of hot and cold foods. - Staff: very professional and accommodating. - Location: perfect - quiet, with a garden area; the downtown can be reached by foot.
