We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

For the second time there and again very pleased with the place and service. A room on the river side gave us the wide view across the Rhine and a part of the modern skyline. It is comfortable, modern and has a luxurious atmosphere. We also appreciated the friendly and courteous service.

TurkeyWe also requested a single room for 2 people and a single bed. They divided a bed into two. We had to sleep in the children's bed. Unfortunately, we stayed for 2 nights and I did not have a comfortable sleep. I travel to Dusseldorf very often. There are hotels with larger rooms at more affordable prices nearby.

NetherlandsThere was no nearby parking area and the fee was expensive. We had to walk almost a kilometer to get to the ship hotel. We were told at the reception there was another nearby parking but when we looked at the map its almost the same distance. Plus it wasn't easy to find the parking area too. Our stay was really amazing the only downside is this. When we found the hotel ship, my partner was in a grumpy mood (the walk nearly cause him a vertigo attack) and I was out of breath ( I am not old and no disability). Upon checkout, we had to do the long walk again with our luggage and was surprised our parking fee was Euro 36. It's not very accessible for people with disabilities. They should think about giving assistance to guests from the parking area.
The lady at the reception (Daniella) was very friendly and helpful. The staff were nice and always greet you with a smile. The view (we booked the room with river view) was amazing. It was so beautiful and relaxing. We slept like babies. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was perfect and the complementary toiletries smelled so good (one of my favorite brands). The hotel ship was around 5 minutes away from the Christmas Market. The view, the tons of things to see in the surrounding area and the beautiful old buildings and structure will make you forget about the faraway and expensive parking fee.

United Kingdom1. Could not find parking entrance at the quayside. 2. Room had two critical problems requiring an engineer call-out. Over-flowing toilet. No power sockets functioning. We were eventually moved to a different room. 3. Waiter staff in restaurant for dinner service not knowledgable about the food. E.g I ordered the cheese platter with Gorgonzola. But it was missing. The waiter tried to convince me that the goats cheese is the Gorgonzola!

Location is nice as you are directly on the water. room is spacious, looked nice and was practical.
