No staff, more like an airbnb with door codes that take a bit of getting used to. Bedroom floor could have been swept better, due to past guest hairs lying about One guy in the morning dealing with breakfast and check out. He was friendly and helpful as coffee machine was broken. This is a bit of a souless place that could almost be a fully automatic hotel with no human staff present. If you like that idea, fine!

There was no shower, just a bath. It should be the other way around. An extra chair would be helpful. The breakfast was good value for money. The bike storage area in the yard should have a cover over it.

Breakfast was a little sad. No buffet, you just had to fill out a form to say what you wanted, and it was on your table in the morning. Just the basics.

No comunication from the hotel about roadworks at the exit end of the one way street. This made it very difficult to find by car. The room's plug in air freshner was overpowering. There was no one at reception. Communication by Whats'App which didn't get a response until the following morning! I needed an iron and ironing board which they do not provide. Asked for the same breakfast both days but the second day I wasn't provided with cutlery, butter for the bread rolls and strangley there were fewer fillings for the rolls.

The breakfast is not worth the money, is 7 euro per day, you have to fill put a form and choose the quantity of products you want to eat from a very short food list. The form they providenis written pnly in German and even google translate cannot translate it properly. At breakfast we did NOT received all the products we checked on that list. You basically pay 7 euro for 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of tomatos and too much bread to fill your stomach. The staff barely speak English The mattrress is realy uncomfortable gives you back pains and the pillow way to big too sleep on them, they should only use them for decor.

Room 16 is far too loud. no sound isolation windows. at Night and early morning guests are walking through our room… talking loud. room above reception and breakfast room: very loud. today morning at 4 people leaving and talking loudly, we understand every word, and wide awake in bed. door to staircase is also not insulated.

lovely stay on clean modern hotel, it is all self service, you get a mail or WhatsApp with instructions how to get in to the complex, I arrive by bike and there was good safe parking in the courtyard. room was modern clean and very comfortable
