We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyDidn’t like that there was no AC, bed was a bit too hard, there wasn’t a “do not disturb” sign in the room and the cleaning staff tried to barge in at 0800am while my husband and I were still asleep. Tiles in the bathroom were broken… looked a bit unclean there because of that. Windows had no screen so bugs got in, because we had to open them it was so hot in the room.
Staff during check in was very nice and helpful. Room was tidy and clean. Near by police station so we felt safe.

United StatesYour staff weren't friendly, the room was hot, no air-conditioning. I had to come downstairs and request for a fan that didn't work initially. I requested for housekeeping at noon before I went out, it wasn't done. Still came downstairs to ask for towels and when they brought it, it was just one. Like seriously??? At some point the lady at the desk was making me feel like I was being a bother, just for demanding the optimum service I paid for. Right from when I checked in, I knew I had stepped into the wrong place. At check-in, she wore a frown, unfriendly and mean facial expression. It's a big regret overall
There was nothing I liked. The service was poor. Your staff and the lady at the front desk had very poor attitude.

BelgiumThe facilities are outworn, the sheets, shower and the floor were not really clean. I got a weird room, top floor in front of the hotel sign that was shining a looot during the night. The check-in was a bit weird. Since the airport is close it is noisy, for me it was not a big deal.
I needed a place to sleep close to the Airport, so the location is okay. Close (20mins by walk) to Filderstadt station from where easy to reach the city center. The staff was helpful. There was a complimentary water in the room. To sleep, take a shower is fair enough.

Great location just off autobahn halfway between our travelling points. Easy parking and short walk to restaurants.

GermanyThe room we booked was mistakenly given to another guest. As there were no similar room available, we have been offered two other (smaller) rooms located in different parts of the building. One of them (single room) was really ugly. It was absolutely not comfortable for us, but we did not have other choice because it was already late evening. People we dancing (!) in the hotel foyer and corridors in the wery late evening, making a lot of noise.
Well, you can have a bed and breakfast here. Breakfast is not bad, actually.
