The airco in the room was fixed to a certain temp or not properly working / or I did not get how to make it work.

An old factory was transformed into a hotel; nice historical pictures in the hotel. The rooms are big enough. Was calm and confortable. There are nice restaurants around hotel although it is far from the center. Private parking. Possibility to use sauna and sport center.

The bathroom clearly was though for men; the smell of the shower gel and other products, lack of light on the mirror, and also no sanitary kit, nothing in addition to the soap basically. A small refurbish would be welcome ☺️

The place is amazing, the room in the old plant is full of history and space ! Great use of the history. Staff was nice, bed confortable, room very spacious. Amazing breakfast but 28€…

Staff were not super friendly at the reception. The entrance to the hotel was confusing to find with no clear directions. The hotel was very expensive and the facilities were not worth the high cost.

The room was good.. it was close to the tram stop and close to the city forest. Staff in the sauna area were very friendly.

The breakfast was quite good but not very varied. There was only one small bottle of water in the room and the bottle opener was missing. I would like to have in the room information about location of sauna gym and restaurant in the hotel and the information about breakfast hours.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was well equipped. The service was nice.

The room was on the ground floor with a courtyard view of some installation ducts, but for one night we didn't bother.

The room was clean, quiet and spatious, the bed was comfy. The breakfast is great, although the place was a little busy so it was tricky to find a place to seat.

No room service for food, no vegan breakfast opportunities and after asking they told we would have needed to pre-book vegan option. Hannover is an international exhibition city and in a 5 star hotel I can expect more service. Several small cosmetical issues in the room which are not repaired: smaller hole in the wall, bathroom door damages. Minibar contains only regular beer and full sugared cola. The whole food and drink offers seem very old fashioned and do not match modern people eating and drinking habits. Windows are not wind/cold resistant. We needed to put the heating into full speed to have a warm room at night. Blankets were to thin giving its winter. No extra blanket in the room to accommodate. Friendly hotel staff when you call/ask them. But the hotel seems like still in pandemic deep sleep and not up to speed in customer service. I wanted to relax and not ask for help 10 times.

Internet is not included in the price... you have to pay for it . Also, they charge 20 euro per person for breakfast. For that price i expect the breakfast to be really good, but that was not the case at all. No fresh juice, no more croissants (at 9.15?) Cheese was not avialable for some time... etc. Other people were also complaining. I felt sorry for the 2 employees who did their very best, but could not manage it all. It was not even crowdy at that time. Bad management... Go outside across the street and for 10 euro you have better price/quality...

the hotel is situated in a former factory, a litle bit outside the city. Clean room, good bed.

I had a lovely room, top floor. But there was something wrong with the shower, there must have been some kind of pressure relief that kept blowing through the whole night. At 04.30 in the morning, I had still not had any sleep and called the reception and requested that they put me in a different room which they did.......right next to the lift :( So I had zero sleep and was so tired I couldn't even eat my breakfast, not bad for €175.

It's a nice Hotel and the Staff is friendly.

We had to change 2 times our room after unpacking. Room 1 - shower was not working. Room 2 - shower was not working. Room 3 - finally a working room, but without a lift. So to Cary 2 heavy luggages were complicated. The gym working hours were not practical.
