I didn’t like that they hadn’t upgraded the tv, so there was no translation from German to any other language also you were able to connect to Netflix. I also would’ve preferred more options on the menu for lunch and dinner.

Enjoyed the convenience to the downtown area and that the park was across the street. Plenty of areas to walk my dog. The breakfast was really good everyday.

The bathroom was a bit small and the plumbing made noise, and the hair dryer wasn’t very good. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the room too

Bathroom was a little dated but that was too be expected for age of hotel. If you don't like a tub/shower combination you may need to request a different kind of room.

Great location, very close to the main train station and less than 15 minutes walk from downtown. We chose this particular hotel for two specific reasons - the air-conditioning and the spacious parking. Both met our expectations, parking was a little pricey but fairly standard for Wiesbaden. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Very nice atmosphere especially in the lobby in the evenings :) Restaurant which is down stair is fantastic. Breakfast you find everything you need. Staff is very helpful and friendly .

The staff at reception were always wonderful, friendly, helpful. However, one staff member in the breakfast room had a bad day and let everyone in the area hear about it (she was complaining about colleagues very loudly and was using inappropriate language). Also, cleaning staff entered the room without knocking and on days when I cancelled the cleaning. I did not feel safe.

I booked a single room. I was on the 7th floor. My mattress was a bit sagged in the middle part. (Seems twas a very old one)

The location is great. Near the main station and walking distance to the city center. The breakfast buffet is great! There’s a chef cooking eggs for breakfast. The lobby looks modern and nice!

Not so significant but the pillows were a little thin and the doors are not soundproof. We can hear everything from the corridor.

It was near to the main train station, near to everything. The Room was very clean and cozy. We liked that the Aircondition was constant and working really well. The Staff were nice and warm. The food selection at the breakfast buffet was also really good. Overall the hotel has a luxurious feel to it.

The day we arrived was very hot and the air conditioning in the room wasn't enough. I had to sleep with open window ( a little noisy in the night)

We received a free upgrade for the room and free using of the bar in the room. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful . We received also a free late check out The breakfast was very good and full of choice.
