“Initially, the stay was quite pleasant, but there is one reason that led me to have a negative opinion of this hotel. The staff was extremely rude. When I was checking out and had an issue with my card, she pretended not to hear me and displayed a contemptuous attitude. I strongly recommend that this employee be dismissed!”
