Great breakfast with lots options. Large pool with spray jets, which the kids loved, and nice sauna/spa facilities. Excellent location next to the beach and several bike hire places nearby. Lovely town. Good kitchenette.

Parking was bit of a challenge and I recommend all guests to prebook parking. Staff was very helpful finding an alternative carpark for us. Apparently guests are allowed to smoke in their balconies, resulting me to wake up from our neighbours cigarette smoke. Quite a disappointment and the hotel should consider to establish a proper smoking policy.

Awesome location close to the beach and restaurants. Clean facilities and well fit out spa area with a large pool. Very friendly staff. Well fit out, modern and spacious apartments.

Parking mess. I requested outside parking in advance and they confirmed that they had booked *an outside* parking place for me. Upon arrival, they said that I asked for an underground garage, and they did not have free space on the outside parking anyway. This was not nice to tell me that it was my mistake, as I knew that I use car-sharing which is forbidden to park in the garage. But overall it was ok as there are lots of free places on public parking right around the hotel and it's even cheaper. The main problem is the bed quality. Pillows and beds in general are very uncomfortable. Both of us could not sleep almost the whole night.

Positives far outweigh the following niggle so dont let this put you off. The breakfast alone will more than make up. Having to pay almost the same for surface level parking as for underground garage. €10 and €12 respectively. Frankly I think both should be free in this quite rural location where I assume almost everyone arrives by car. Just be upfront and include it in the rate.

The foldout bed was uncomfortable and the mattresses are soft. Kitchenette has very limited utensils- but overall a nice little apartment.

A/C would have been nice, but I understand it's not all that common in Germany. Guy with lawn trimmer started working outside of our window at 8:30 in the morning.

Internet did not work, despite best efforts of technical staff. Whirlpool, massage jets, foot disinfection all not working in pool area. Pool cooler on some days than others. Have been there twice before and could tell the difference.

Location. Breakfast buffet and time available to enjoy breakfast. Staff friendly and professional.

The hotel is just a 2 minute walk from the beautiful beach, and there’s also a big playground very closeby. it’s a perfect place for families. the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was great, and when the weather wasn’t great, the kids absolutely enjoyed the pool! we also traveled with our dog and everything was very comfortable.

We were not allowed to bring our dog to the restaurant although the hotel clas to be dog friendly Many things were closed in the pool (hot tub, steam bad). The sofa bed for the kids was ver uncomfortable Two bulbs were defect when we entered the hotel room We werent informed we had to pay an extra €12 per night for the car park Overall it was not a good value for money

Late opening hours for the pool (till 9pm for kids even). Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty Location is great to enjoy the beach and the cliffs and coastline leading to Ahrenshoop.

A family friendly hotel and close to the beach. Great restaurant and they serve an amazing breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to a family with younger kids cuz everything u need is close by.
