The wellness was closed the day we stayed in the hotel. On the reception we were told that only the whirlpool doesn’t work, but the sauna also was closed at 21:40. The underground parking is quite expensive.

The room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist was nice and helpful. Our kid got a small present. Thank you!

Areas of the hotel frequently used were very clean but some less used areas gave the impression of not being cleaned in a significant amount of time ie. weeks or months. Example is the children play room near the restaurant, which we found by accident. The floor has a play mat where children sit and play directly on the mat, which was really very dirty. The adjacent general seating area was also with furniture covered in dust, indicating lack of cleaning in months. I attached a photo to illustrate. The toilet at the underground entrance from the car park was including flies which was enough to stop me using it and return to the room toilet. Also the carpark used by the hotel is owned by Apcoa and advertises 30euro per day, which is already a lot. They scan the registration plate of the car, so they know which vehicles come and go. However when I popped out for 30min, the result was being charged 50euro for a total less than one day. A hotel is different from a prison, in that people are free to leave and return, and I expect the hotel linked car park to accept that, especially one that uses technology which enables it to see the same car returning.

The room was quiet and therefore easy to sleep in, which is the primary function of a hotel. The breakfast was a huge selection of top quality food and drinks. Generally the hotel was clean especially the room and shower, I would say this image was spoiled by the comments below, which would be easily solved if the cleaning effort was spread throughout the hotel rather than focused on certain aspects. Where the cleaning regime was applied, it was faultless.

Nothing not to like!

Excellent location - nice neighbourhood and very close to tram stop. Large comfortable room. Buffet breakfast great selection, and a la carte options included.

The room had an odd smell and the carpet looked dirty with many stains that it gave the impression that room was not really clean.

The Whirlpool in the Spa was defective and I was not able to use it. This was one of my main Reasons to book this hotel and not another one. I wanted a Spa day with Whirlpool. The Hotel failed. The Receptionist stated, I will give your Feedback to the relevant team, but it won't be repaired over the weekend since we don't have a technician in the house at the moment. It's a FOUR STAR Hotel, I expected better trained staff and the need to help the guests. Short after the breakfast, I wanted another coffee. I asked a service member and first he was ignoring me and doing his work readying the table for later. He was VERY RUDE and did not wanted us to be there. I think he looked at us like " they do not have a room here, i don't need to be friendly" But we did have a room and we paid a lot of money.

There was a Spa Area with a little tiny sauna and a bigger sauna.

We had two separate single beds that were a bit too hard for my liking. Also, the beds weren’t attached to anything so they moved and made a squeaky noise everyone you made the slightest movement.

The timing of the wellness center.

The location was good, we were a few minutes away from the city center and also a few minutes away from the INI hospital. Options for hahal food were just a few minutes walk away.

The internet was slow unless you pay extra, which now-a-days i would not expect from a brand hotel in a major city. Maybe it is because i am used to internet being available everywhere, but still find it a bit outdated. Printers on checkout were also very slow, so maybe it-equipment needs a update.

everything from arriving in parking to check in went very smooth. The room was nice and tidy. Friendly and helpfull people. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Checkout was easy
