Tea and coffee facilities in room poor, had to pay for wifi in the hotel apart from lobby, and wifi expensive €10-50 a day

Hotel is old but lot of it is renovated.

We had spacious family sweet. Check in and out was quick. Hotel has good restaurant with wine selection. Lot of locals in sports bar looking for football. Parking is easy.

Location is a bit far from the city but certainly not a deal breaker due to the U-Bahn connectivity. We stayed during Christmas and perhaps it would have been a nice touch for the hotel to give away a small gift for kids accompanying their parents during the festive/holiday season. It doesn't cost much for a small bag of chocolates even.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and so were the sauna and pool. Overall it was a great stay for my family.

The hotel restaurants were exceptional. We really enjoyed the food and the extended hours for services since were had to adjust to a different time zone temporarily while in the country. Marcus and the other hospitality staff were very kind, friendly and prompt with our requests. My ten year old son gained a friend in him.

Comfortable beds in big rooms and clean. Breakfast was very good. Connection to attractions as well as old town is close. Friendly staff and supporting well. Decoration was nice and looked modern in style.

Providing some bottled water in the room would have been a good idea. Also, hated the instant coffee in the rooms instead of the real deal.

Umbrella at lobby is not free for guests, it is for rent 20 Eur per 48 hours

Bed is comfy! Swimming pool and sauna are great especially for guest with kids. Champion restaurant offers good menu with good price. Location is near subway station, easy to go to Marienplatz and Allianz Arena.

Charging ports for electric cars did not work for me. There are public charging poles nearby. Drive in and out of the garage costs minimum 4 euro per hour.

As expected - beds are very comfortable. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We did not manage to use the swimming pool, hopefully next time.

1. There is no water in the room for drinking compared to other hotels. 2. The price you gave me was very high compared to people I met while staying in the hotel. So I have decided from now on not to book with Booking in the future . Thank you for your cooperation.
