Old building with old heaters in the room. The room did get warm but took time and no heating in the bathroom. One can choose a stay of 1 or 2 nights and no other option.

The furnitures in the room are a little too old and the double bed in our room was made up of 2 single beds placed side by side (we prefer a real double bed!).

The hotel isn't a luxury hotel nevertheless room are wide, confortable and clean, the managers of the facility are kind and helpful, the breakfast included in the room fee has a good variety of choices and a free parking it's available inside the hotel courtyard fact that in a city like Munich it's a plus.

as it were some hot summer days and nights, it got quite hot and damp in the room that was top floor / under the roof and in addition the house is quite close to a busy major road that made it quite uncomfortable to open the windows at night due to the traffic noise

Somewhat dated decor, breakfast buffet could have been more plentiful as is customary in Bavaria. 2 out of 3 nights were very noisy with people arriving late at night and others causing a rumpus at 4 am. The hotel probably could do with some sound-proofing!

Breakfast could be more versatile (more fruit, yogurt, fried eggs,..), small bath room (2m square meters for shower, toilet and sing is not enough).

Like the location and rooms (high ceiling), aslo the staff was very friendly and helpfull. For breakfast when asked stuff provided additional service. Rooms where clean and very well isolated from outside noise coming from road,

Breakfast had a very limited selection. No hot food. I booked a double room but because I was a single traveller I was only given a single bed. The only solution offered by the hotel was to get a second single bed which was unsatisfactory. I was told there are no double beds in the hotel.

1.There is no air conditioning in the room. But this is not critical for the summer.I'm afraid it's probably cold here in winter. 2. If you are traveling by car, then carefully look at the passage to the hotel. We used Google maps and went to the parking area of the children's center. The center is located right behind the hotel and there is an automatic fence. You can be blocked from the inside.

We were here in the summer.The hotel has a good location if you travel by car. The staff is very friendly, helped with free parking. Good accommodation if for a short time to walk around Munich (the hotel is close to the zoo). There is a metro station nearby. The hotel has a convenient way to get the key at a late check-in. About breakfast, let's say it's good that it's there. Cosy looking building.

The bathroom was extremely small, the painting of the shower was falling. Smelly carpet, found plastic bottles from previous guests, under the beds...

The location is good, but the hotel is very outdated. The breakfast was not very diversified, but was tasty, the kinds loved it.

Hotel is within walking distance from ZOO. Staff was nice enough to let us park in front of hotel after checkout to visit the zoo.

Dump smelling towels and room. Humidity in the room. We needed parking and that was the only reason we choose the place but all the parkinglots inside the premises were full so we had to park on the street instead.

Good linen and bed. Slep good. Place is good for short stay, not so comfy. Breakfast was good and personal was friendly.
