The staff is not very helpful and professional. Before I arrived, I received an email telling me the cost of parking in the hotel's garage will be 18 euros per night, while the receptionist told me that was the last year's price, now is 25 euros. Then shouldn't be more accurate before sending emails to customers? I asked about any cheap or free parking places nearby, but the receptionist obviously didn't want to help and told me there's no or if I wanted to risk to be fined by the police. While it turned out that in the end I found some place to do free paking by myself! Some places to put skincare products beside or around the basin in the bathroom would be better intead of only having super big basin with no place to put things by sides.

The room is very well-organised, with comfortable beds and socket that can charge your devices directly with cables. Welcome drinks are bonus point and the whole atmosphere in the hotel is quite socializing and modern, more like a coliving apartments rather than a hotel. I think I will benifit more if I travel alone next time for longer stays.

Me and my friend needed an invoice each for the stay. During the check out the guy at the counter give many excuses and did not move a finger to help us. Besides the bed were noisy.

We were a bit disappointed that lunch started at 1pm and we couldn't get anything proper (except for snacks) to eat at the hotel as we didn't get breakfast. The place is not close to any restaurants, so getting some food was a little tricky. Another thing is that the bathroom door was not leveled properly, so we couldn't get the door to stay open (to let the bathroom open after the shower for example). Not a big problem but a bit annoying

We really liked that the place was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The shower was amazing! We also got complementary bottles of water (in glass!) and two coins to use at the bar for some ice tea.

Very clean and new building. Rooms were modern and comfortable and the lounge area is very nice to relax and have a drink after a long day. Property is 10min walk from the city centre, which is perfect as it is in a quiet area and has a parking garage (€25/24h). Staff is also very friendly, we would recommend

There was a group of about a 100 people checking in when we did who was drunk and a little disorderly. This wasn't the staff's fault but made our check in a little loud and stressful

Rooms a bit small, no room for hanging clothes, garage not included in price, overall a bit expensive.

Expect to pay a deposit of 50€ which will be blocked on your card for several days 😕 there was no info about this detail which is quite annoying 😏

I'm not sure what the problem was but when we woke up, both of us had pain in our backs :( thanks for the lockers, but they were very problematic and it took time to lock our clothes. And finally, one of the elevators didn't work with our card, we had to wait

impossible to find by car with gps - catastrophic driving around packed city traffic trying to get to the hotel that doesnt have an access from the street! also it's not near the historical center - needs 20 minutes walk through boring neighborhood breakfast was extra and too expensive error in invoice - charged too much

A hotel for millenials, young people only. No proper reception desk, mixed with a bar, the whole area smells after baking of frozen pizza. The atmosphere which is better suited to a youth hostel then to a 4 star hotel. Not so fresh smell in the corridors and when you enter the room (but it helped to open the window). Very basic room, no facilities, the bed makes squeeking sound when one turns around

Actually I stayed at AC Hotel by Marriott Würzburg. Very comfortable.

The heater in the room is not sufficiently powerful, as I felt cold while sleeping beside the window. Additionally, it's puzzling that there is only one rubbish bin for the entire room. Moreover, the bin lacks clear classification for separating waste types, making it uncertain whether it's meant for general waste or recyclables like plastic.

The location of this hotel is nice, we take bus to go there because we have the German monthly ticket. But it is actually within walking distance from the main train station. There is a LIDL downstairs, which is super convenient.

Location is a bit hard to configure. Since there is no car accessible lobby, you can't drop off your luggage first, etc. Parking is very expensive

Heater doesn't really work. So the room was rather cold but okayish for younger people, for senior it's too cold.

The position is too far from the city center. Difficult in parking, and the hotel entrance is not really easy to access with google maps and car. Breakfast buffet rich but very expensive.

The hotel modern look and feel. The rooms were new and confortable. No thrills. Young atmosphere. Cozy entrance and common spaces.
