Behavior of stuffs was rude.the room was not look like pictures I booked! Either they didn’t put toothbrush!..

A staff who worked at 8am on 30th AUG in the reception is so irresponsible and she doesnot have any single service minds. Her collegue who worked in previous day must have made mistakes not to leave my card paymeny receipt and he promised me to give all when I checked out but he didnot leave anything. When I checked out, I asked that irresponsible person to give me all receipts but she refused me to give and tell me not to give anything and it is her collegue' mistake and kept telling me "I donot know and can not help you". Well.. do you think she is right ? I cannot understand it at all.

The gym is big but it’s just a waste of space! Hardly any equipment there

The fitness center could be a bit bigger with at least an extra mattress on the floor and some extra weights. It was a bit difficult to find the right way to the hotel as some streets had been closed off. Luckily the hotel is on a hill, so we could see it and try out new roads to reach destination!

Nice location with nice views of Hamburg. Nice area with a lot of restaurants around. Cool design of the building and common areas. Nice breakfast and comfortable bed.

More like a three star than four, air conditioning not working, the window between the bathroom and the room not working, the window was not working properly which is scary on the 10th floor, staff was not very friendly or responsive

Checking in. Took too long. System’s not good. Needed more staff. Keys for both our room and our friends didn’t work and had to get them reprogrammed

No iron in room which is not acceptable in a hotel of this standard. When i asked for onevi wad informec i was 10th in the queue !!

We booked 2 rooms with a queen size beed and both od us got 2 separately single bed. We had not have a kettle in room but Tea was there. Shower water was critical hot and hard to manage proper temperature. Also the coffee machine doesn't work in one of our room, so for this price to many bad surprises.

Location and the special building are very good. We had not had a breakfast so i can not make any commitment.

Staff very disengaged. Noticed this both at the reception as well as the restaurant. First time for us in Germany that we had reception desk team that was more interested in chatting amongst themselves, and restaurant team that tried to avoid eye contact at all cost. I would have voiced my disappointment at check out, rather than a review, had I been given the chance.

The so called Fitness centre was 4 different cardio machines and a tower with a few dumbbells. No mats or further equipment.

The sauna was nice and also the towels and relaxing area. The room was clean with a nice view over the city.

- staff at reception in first evening was not very solution orientated („no, the restaurant is full“ - would have appreciated alternative recommendations in the surrounding area then) - a bit expensive after all
