Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThere were not tea/coffee facilities in the nor or even something like a bottle of water. It was basically a room with ensuite. Despite also having a king size bed, the bed only had a single duvet.
Well placed for getting to and from Stadium but also a minute from tram line to take to Central station. Staff were pleasant enough and were kind to allow us to leave bags at the hotel to collect later in the evening

SloveniaIt was confusing at the reception cause they didnt know that for children breakfast is half price, so we had to show them that this is written on there internet page. But non the less lady was very very nice, she just wasnt informed. In the room we missed cattle for heating water and a fridge would be nice too. We thought that we get a parking lot, cause hotel offers it but it was fully parked so we had to park a cross the street and it was quite pricey.
The best was location for us, because it was in very quite and very lovely area. Not far from botanic garden Wilhelma, that I truly recommend and not far from the city center. Also beds are very comfortable.

United StatesI had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. It wasn't too expensive but didn't look cheap. The room was great. I was able to sleep and rest after going to Fruhlingsfest! Speaking of this hotel is really close to the Fruhlingsfest grounds. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you plan on going to Fruhlingsfest!

NetherlandsParking garage was full my second night and I had to park on the street - fortunately there was a space directly in front available for the evening. While the rooms are well equipped and modern, they are also quite small, with just a very small table and chair, no desk or space for clothes. Minor quibbles.
The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near U-bahn and the Bad Cannstatt district. The property is attractive and modern property with nice clean rooms. It was very quiet in the room, and the staff was friendly.

United KingdomThe breakfasts could’ve been better. You basically have some pastry, cheese and ham and boiled eggs. Adding scrabbled eggs and toasts would’ve made a difference imo.
Good location few steps from the Old city, great transport connection. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated helpful staff that were always available. The rooms are comfy and clean.
