We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Convenient location: a short walk from the Dresden-Neustadt train station in one direction and Dresden's old town in the other. There are also a range of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is modern, clean and efficient.

United KingdomOne of our female group members was locked out of her room due to a technical problem with the lock. On reporting it to the Night Auditor - Francisco De La Rosa - he was most unhelpful and quite rude, not only to her but to the female staff member too. He could do with sending on a customer care course!!!! She was eventually moved to another room on a different floor, but no assistance was offered. Not good 😠
The quiet location. The friendly very helpful staff (except one person - see below). Our group rooms were all next to each other.

United StatesThe double room was about as small as a double should be. Unfortunately, my wife didn't find the pillows comfortable. Kind of a personal assessment, but it prevented her from some restful sleep. We missed having a refrigerator in the room.
Although the room was small, it was adequate, clean and cozy. The location was very convenient for sight seeing, and we found some inexpensive street parking. The lobby had a very modern ambiance with a bar and breakfast area. On Saturday night the lounge area was quite full.

GermanyMy bed was not very clean. There were A LOT of what looked like dog hairs all over the top half of the bed on and around the pillows. I was too tired to complain so I just slept on the foot side with the cleanest pillow. The bathroom maybe hadn't been used in a while, because the typical sewage smell was coming up from the pipes. (That typical smell when they dry out and you run water for the first time). I wish I had said something about the hair, but I was really too exhausted after a terrible day. Other than that everything was fine.
