We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyEverything broken, with stains and mold. Even the entrance door of hotel looked like from a building ready to demolish. No socket to charge phone, only under the table near toilet. Also I didn't liked that when we paid the city tax in cash, they didn't gave receipt of payment. Needs urgently renovation in everything. Because of the fair it was triple the price of the night. Shameless.

Japan1) No restaurant for breakfast (but I could take at other hotels across the street in 1 minute) 2) 2 beds only, no table, no chair (I had to work sitting on one bed and put PC on the other bed) 3) One person at the front desk could not speak and read English at all (he could not even understand "body soap"), which is unbelievable. 4) Manual door of elevator on the ground floor does not close itself and when not closed by hand, the elevetor cannot be called from other floors. 5) I stayed for 4 nights. For 2 nights, no supply of body soap. 6) Due to the big tradeshow, room price was EUR 155/night but EUR 70 would be the fair price.
