The apartment is located right at the foot of a breathing taking mountain which provides an amazing view. It has all basic facilities for a short stay with family and kids.

Hair drier must be changed, I found it dangerous cuz it sparks when used so I didn't. The floor is covered with a very very rough moquette, the touch is not nice when walking barefoot, my babies crawling destroyed the pant knees when chafed the floor . Doing the laundry its an adventure. The person in charge is very nice and when I asked about the availability of the washing machine as per conditions they offered themselves to do it. But we travel with twin babies and we need it to do more often than maybe a solo couple and I understand they could not be pending of our schedules. We went to the underground to the laundry room as it's usual in German buildings and we did ourselves the laundry, (because we sent a message to contact person and we left laundry basket outside first time in the morning as agreed, but in the evening it was still there) and we were told that we shouldn't do our own laundry and door of the laundry room will be closed from now on. Well in the conditions say "washing machine available", I dont mind if it's common one, but if we cannot use it exactly when we really need it, this must be specified in the conditions.

Friendly staff, not far from city centre (like 10 min walking) nice area for hiking. Parking underground Heating system very reliable , clean place. Lots of towels. Nice views

The beautiful view with Wintergarden, the location, the house and everything is top. Very uncomplicated process, more privacy and very good rooms and comfortable beds and sofa. Everything is nearby and communing from here to the center is not at all difficult.

Probably could do with better room numbers/name on the doors of the units. Also wouldn’t expect to have to take bottles away at the end of the stay, as requested.

Maybe a little small for 4, but still very doable!

The property was very clean. The host was wonderful! He allowed us to check in early, gave us info about the area and what to do, gave restaurant recommendations (Post Keller and it was wonderful)! He even did our laundry for us! Such a wonderful host! Plenty of yard shape to enjoy, especially kids to run around and play. Would recommend this property!

My only complaint is we did not stay in Mittenwald for long enough. It could not have been better. We were well impressed.

We stayed 3 nights and the very helpful and friendly host provided a free bus and cable car pass. We used the bus pass to travel to Garmish and Zugspitze. We used the Kranzburg chair lift and walk back to Mittenwald through the forest and Lautersee lake and waterfall. It was glorious and a wonderful way to spend a sunny afternoon. We stopped for a beer by the lake side. We ate a delicious Oxe Rump Steak and Burger meals at Grillstube in the village which was also very reasonably priced. The apartment is about 13 mins easy walk from railway station and old town and facilities. It is about 10 mins walk to the Leutascher Geisterklamm George which is well worth a visit. Brochures were available at No 38.

The property was in a great location for us. It was within walking distance to stores, cafes, attractions and everything was easy to find. The property had everything we needed for our two night stay. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor space was nice. The property owners were kind and responsive to any questions we had.

The hair dryer is unstable. Wi-Fi is relatively weak.

The beautiful sunroom where you can soak up the sun and dry your clothes and take a nap. The bed is so so comfy and great water pressure. We also can park direct beside our apartment. There’s also a large grassy backyard to play on.

We didn't like the smell of the butcher shop, and the breakfast could be much improved with some fresh bakery items, such as wheat rolls and other healthier options.

The two bed apartment is small but as per description. We were 6 people and used the spacious ground floor 4-bed property as our living area where the outside patio was so great at sunset.

Great location for walks, cleanliness, seamless and easy check in, spacious 4 bed apartment and various tourist info available in the foyer at the property - the „Geisterklamm“ walk is a must and nicely accessible from the property.

Very nice, fully furnished and equipped apartments with a great view of Karwendel mountain. Everything was cleaned and prepared for our arrival, and keys were waiting in advised place. We did not meet the hosts, but communication was very swift.
