The price during the fair in Munchen was too high compared to the offered service: a free small bottle of water every day, waterpads or slipers can be a very good idea to make the stay a little bit more pleasant....

Charge for 3 bottles of water was extortionate - 20€ Could have had two small pillows instead of just one. No spa or wellness facility is a bit of a shame. Staff weren’t particularly helpful and nice, and some didn’t speak good English

The hotel feels very new and has a lovely interior design throughout. The room we stayed in was a basic room, compact but nicely laid out. The bed was maybe a touch too hard and had one small pillow. No English channels on TV. Very cleverly laid out room though and shower was very good - strong pressure. We got a free bottle of water on arrival which was nice but then were charged 20€ for 3 large bottles of water which felt a bit extortionate. Bar is very nicely designed and amazing large windows overlooking the lovely square. We didn’t get the breakfasts so can’t comment on their quality, but we did try the restaurant next to hotel for breakfast and that was delicious. Are we stayed at was lovely - very close to Pasing train station and we did a 10km run to Nymphenburg palace and the Pasing Stadspark which were both very nice. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

The comforter was really small, would've appreciated a bigger one for sleeping. And there were no extra blankets in the room to help fix the situation. Also the AC unit had a weird way of functioning where you're supposed to set a delta temperature, instead of just a simple temperature value. It was confusing and I was either too warm or too cold during the night.

The hotel is designed in a modern, industrial chic style, and it feels really new. Even the parking garage is really modern with no ramp. The location is amazing and everything is well organized and easy. It was comfy and really convenient.

Still for 1 person booking the duvet is small, I wish they just gave the same size regardless of number of people booking the room. I also had this humming noise from the blinds mechanism and I wish I could have turned it off. I also had no idea how to use it and didn't get a chance to talk with reception as it's not 24/7 and I was always going back late (and no time in the morning to ask).

I had a better room this time, not a weird setup but one with a proper bathroom, which I enjoyed. I'm hoping to also have this type of room with a proper separation of bathroom in the future bookings.

 The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

The only thing that I struggled with were the super soft pillows, we asked for several more but as they were so soft they gave no support to my back, which is nobody's fault. So this is just my personal preference

Great and friendly staff, were always willing to help with every question, explained everything. Rood was really nice, different but nice different. Really enjoyed our stay as it was close to the location we needed to go. Would always go again

The downside has nothing to do with the hotel as such. One could say it's a shame they don't have an in-house restaurant because the surrounding restaurants leave much room for improvement. More on that in "those concerned".

I booked this hotel for my wife as it is close to the facilities she was seeking on her trip to Munich. As far as we are concerned, you can't beat it.

I believe it is mainly for a short trip stay so there is no staff in the reception all the time which is not the nicest.

We really loved the stay. Everything is really clean, warm, the bus and metro stations are few steps away. If you want to visit München than definitely book a stay at this wonderful hotel. PS: they are making really tasty coffee in the morning

This was probably just in our room that the isolation of the shower partition was missing at the bottom, hence a little flodding on the bathroom floor. Didnt compromise the stay a lot though.

The location is great, in the middle of Pasing, very close to the Pasing train station, from where you will be in Munich central station in around 10-15min by metro. The hotel is pretty new, hence a nice standard in terms of the accesoires etc.

It would be great if there was a small kettle in the room. Nothing else to fault.

Great location, good value for money and lovely city views. Staff were always super helpful. Hotel is cosy and one where you could rest properly.
