We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgThe lady at the reception was very cold and very serious without a smile; there was no shampoo in the room ; normally 4 star hotels have more things in the bathroom ; also in other Accor hotels small gifts are given to the children this time nothing Also in the swimming pool all 4 star hotels have some inflatable toys or balls for the guests to play ; in the nice green area a ping pong table would be nice addition
The breakfast was great :) I would expect more healthier options to be provided as well as something with potatoes , also the second day the grains were not offered … the gentleman working at the restaurant he’s very nice (the one from Moldova) he helped us a lot ; also it would be better to leave the restaurant open in summer but later ; also there was no shampoo in the room ; the shower gel was only for body … I have never experienced any other 4 star hotel without shampoo ….

GermanyThis is one of Mercures older hotels and you can feel it. Everything just looks a bit dated, while still being clean.
The property was perfectly located for the bike race on the first of May - which was my main purpose. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

GermanyThe room has been far too warm and there was no way to effectively cool it down. Another thing is that there has been a constant noise (water)? And you have been hearing everything through the walls.
It was okayish. The rooms were fine and one could say they are quite okayish. There is nothing spectacular. It is good average, I woud say and everything is clean.

United StatesWe got in late and had difficulties finding the place. It appears they changed locations and forgot to take down the signs at the old place.
We staid at the Mercure, which is close to the airport, due to an early flight the next morning. Nothing special, just like any other corporate hotel. The rooms are clean and you find everything you need. Breakfast was decent. If you need a place close to the Frankfurt airport for one night, the Mercure offers a good, fairly-valued option.

GermanyThere were renovation work done right around the corner of the breakfast room during the breakfast times. Maybe this was unavoidable, but nevertheless it is unpleasant to eat whilst some is operating a chainsaw.
