We stayed in a comfort room which was at the back of the property and away from any street noise, so very quiet. The room size was excellent with a very good bathroom and excellent pressure in the shower. We really enjoyed the ability to have the small kitchenette to buy and prepare our own breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent position very close to the train station - easy walking distance with suitcases and also very close to access all that is offered in the old town. I would definitely recommend Melter hotel apartments to anyone who wished to visit Nuremberg.

Great location in the old town near to all the sights. Pleasant and helpful staff. Spacious, modern, clean bathroom. Kettle, tea and coffee available in the room. Thoughtful extras such as a yoga/Pilates mat and delicious chocolate. Great value for money.

SThe price for taking my dog €35 . Really, providing dog bowls and a bed does not justify the price. I normally only pay a maximum of €15. If it was a deposit I wouldn't have minded and got €20 back after you had made sure the dog had not done any damage that would be fine.

It would be nice to have more hangers and another shelf for clothes. Two small drawers was really limiting.

Having the use of a washer/dryer was a huge perk! The staff were great and answered all our questions. The room was good size, with a great coffee machine. The bed was super comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was luxurious.

18 Euro for buffet breakfast we thought was a bit much. Preferred to find a local bakery.

The Air con didn't work I mean it worked - I could turn it on but I think they must override it at night because it certailnly wasn't on (even though lit up and could not feel it). Very hot a few nights because of this. Temperature stayed at 24.5 no matter what you put the air con on At other times it in the eearly evening it would work and you could feel it

Parking is about 5min walk away. Shower Gel looks expensive and premium but may not suit everyone’s skin due to the minty effect.

Really well decorated and comfortable. Very clean bathroom with powerful shower. Even has free washing machine and dryer room - why doesn’t other hotels have this! Breakfast was really good. The location is excellent right in the centre with lots of restaurants and shops and the metro.

Only one English language TV channel (France 24 in English - odd choice).

Best hotel we have stayed in. We loved the room design. Everything was functional, minimal and very well thought through. No silly clutter. Room was spacious and well insulated. You couldn't hear the street or the other guests at all. Thick luxurious curtains, not a ray of light comes through if, like me, you prefer it nice and dark at night. Air conditioning was a big bonus since it was 30+ celcius outside. Bathroom was sheer luxury. Staff was very helpful and yet we were given our privacy. Thank you all!
