Time during the checkin/ check out took awhile, I have paid upon check in but it doesn't reflect on their system and asks for my card details again upon check out.

We were booked at room 556 which I say is worth the pay. We love the fact that we had a big space for our lil kiddo and a nice view outside. Staff were accommodating. We enjoyed our stay in Berlin.

Can’t fault it really

The location, breakfast and the attentiveness of staff. Arrived a day after my intended check-in and they made sure that I had a room reserved as I was concerned that won’t be the case.

There is a bar and resto on the same level with the reception. We went there and one of the waitress having a sour face and feel like she is not in the mood of working. She appointed us to corner table which is very small for 3 of us. So we decided to go and eat at the resto cross the hotel.

Location of the Hotel is wonderful. Everywhere is in walking distance also the subway is close by. Furthermore, I would highly recommend the open buffet breakfast.

The room was very spacious, and the bathroom had a shower and a bath, perfect for travelling with a baby.

We requested two single beds as opposed to a double bed. When we arrived, the room was still set up as a double bed. We were told if we wanted two beds we would need to move the beds ourselves as there was no staff to do it. The beds are very heavy, solid wood frames. With an advance booking, I would expect that at some point the hotel would have found the time and staff to do it.

Excellent location across the Friedrichstrasse S-Bahn, quiet room. We did not use the free luggage storage facility, but it was a great comfort to know it was available. The restaurant also promising looking. We will happily stay again, provided the beds are as requested.

A bit dated and a strange colour scheme. Staff felt like they were going through the motions, no real feeling of being welcome with the exception of one of the concierge team who was excellent. Breakfast was very, very average.

They must control if everything was all fine carefully before we come. My shampoo did not work and i found it out while i was at the bath and i waited them to bring the new one about 15 min at the bath.

Everything was perfect, except that it's a bit expensive for us, that's why we decide that we will not take breakfast in the hotel. The location is perfect, staff is friendly. Will stay next time in this hotel

The ventilation in the bathroom (not the AC) is quite loud and can't be turned off. The outlets next to the bed are connected to the main light switch, which also turns on the light above the minibar.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast and good facilities for meetings and congresses. The location of the hotel is perfect for visitors and for traveling by train. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The wifi is fast and reliable. The gym is small, but the equipment is very high end.
