I loved the swimming pool and sauna. It’s the reason I booked the hotel for my vacation in Munich. It was near the Central Station and the shopping district. The only thing that disappointed me was how one of the receptionists sounded unfriendly telling me that I cannot check in early unless I can pay extra. It was after one of their receptionists was telling me that she will check with her manager about getting me checked in earlier. They weren’t in sync with their information. Also they didn’t provide complimentary water until after I purchased €5.80 bottled water from their vending machine lol

We didn't book breakfast as woukd have only been able to fetch for one as leaving very early. We paid on entry which was expensive. No tea making facilities in the room. The pool was not warm enough.

Old charm and smell sadly. Slippers and bathrobe just on request and partial for a fee, same as the sauna. No kettle on room, carpet everywhere which collects the smell of the old charm. Better to rip it off or better ventilation in room and corridor. Water to carry to room as welcome…not clear per person or day of stay , but refill not possible :/

Central and easy to go off to each place of the city due to the location . Friendly and nice personal, pool for relaxing .

Had issues with the soft touch buttons in the shower which was a bit inconvenient. The carpet also needed some better cleaning as there were some stains in it.

The staff was kind at reception and the information desk. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. It's also in a decent location if you want to be near the main train station or in walking distance of museums.

Air con wasnt great. TV was quite small for this size of room. Lots of people hanging about on the streets and in doorways so area feels a bit run down but didnt feel threatened. Area round central station is a massive building site.

Stayed in a superior room and it was larger than expected, modern decor, super clean and very well maintained. Great shower. Massive bed. Very quiet room despite hotel being in busy area. Hotel interior much, much nicer and shinier than the street it is on. Great location if travelling by train. 1 minute from side door of central station.

Great location, comfortable beds which is rare in Germany and Europe in general. Steps from Hauptbahnhof. Nice staff and very good bar and restaurant in case you need something quickly or it is raining like it was when we were there.

The only thing I did not like was that the pool was actually closed during our stay there and that was the whole reason we picked the hotel as I was traveling with my kids. However, I did ask for some compensation and was offered free breakfast which was huge since the breakfast is 25 euros per person. That made up for it in my opinion.

I enjoyed the fact that this hotel was located right at the main train station. It really was only a 2-3 minute walk and easy to find. With that said, I was also a little nervous that it was located at the train station because sometimes areas around train stations aren’t always the nicest and I had read some reviews. However, I found that it was tucked back a little bit off Main Street and it was absolutely fine. I think the atmosphere changes a bit at night, so if you aren’t going to be walking around at night -it’s absolutely fine and convenient. The hotel was extremely clean, offered a good breakfast, customer service was good - our rooms were ready early, and I would recommend the hotel 100%

Location was very convenient for accessing trains and UBahn. Breakfast was very good - wide range of quality food on offer.
