The pillows were a bit uncomfy

It is an excellent hotel, nicely located near an underground station, and easy to commute anywhere. Also, it's next to the concert hall, which was a nice bonus for us. The breakfast was one of the best, top level.

Unfortunately adjacent construction work starting far too ridiculously early, woken at 7.20am with hammering etc, you would think the local council wouldn't allow this, but one morning it was construction work within the hotel grounds. The manager should have jurisdiction over this and put the guests as first priority and tell them to wait. This really annoyed me and I was ready for a showdown with the manager (who never smiled). However, seeing as everything else was first class, on balance I let it go.

Firstly, the staff are this hotel's best asset, every one of them was great, friendly and really helpful, they made our stay super 10/10. Rooms are lovely, clean and big. Breakfast was top drawer as well (remember it's Germany, don't expect a fry up!)

Room was somewhat sparse; no kettle or coffee machine or similar provision. So no tea/coffee possible .No fridge ( or mini bar) . No in-room safe; helpful staff facilitated use of general safe downstairs but a bit of a faff.

Awesome breakfast on a beautiful roof garden. Excellent and varied choice; top stuff. Staff were really friendly & helpful esp. check-in receptionist who changed our room to an available one when we arrived early. Spacious room. Good bathroom area. Spotlessly clean. Good location couple of minutes from U Bahn.

The pillows. I had seen others mentioning this. Indeed the pillows is the only improvement point I see.

Breakfast was very good, healthy choices. Location close to public transport in the area were many restaurants. Staff at the reception and in the breakfast area very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, for the price it exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast is very good and is already included on the price, there were a lot of options to choose from (for every type of diet) and quality was great. The location is also very good, it is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of shops and places to eat. I recommend walking around Weserstr. it has interesting bars and restaurants. Additionally there are bus and metro stops very close by. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the wifi was serviceable. Staff was friendly and spoke english.

Special coffee options like cappuccino can be provided for breakfast, but are charged separately. An automatic coffee machine which provides espresso, cappuccino and latte, at the customers choice with dairy or vegan milk, would be a real surplus.

As always, the Ludwig van Beethoven was a good choice. The staff is friendly and professional and seeks to meet customers needs and special requirements wherever possible. The rooms are clean, and, if you are lucky to get one with a window to the rear part of the hotel, very quiet. The breakfast buffet does now have the vegan options generally available, at former times they were available upon request.

The location was perfect for the concert we were going to, but it was also really easy to get to the rest of the city from there. The breakfast was lovely with lots of options to choose from and the staff was friendly and helpful.

What's not there: no disposable slippers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, etc., so it's better to have all of this with you. The hairdryer is prehistoric, it turns any hair into straw, I don't recommend using it. The soundproofing wasn't very good, so we could hear the neighbors walking in the corridor. I didn't like the area. In my perspective there's too much ugly graffiti everywhere and a lot of litter on the streets. Also, I don't recommend the park opposite the hotel for walks at night: it can be dangerous.

A very pleasant hotel, has everything essential you need for a comfortable stay: hot shower, clean room, and clean bedding. Room cleaning every day. The breakfast is simply wonderful. A buffet with various options of vegetables, ham, even fish, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, muesli, and porridge for breakfast, as well as various tasty pastries. Also, in warm weather, you can have breakfast on the veranda. And in the evening, you can grab some beer and sit there. There are several nice restaurants near the hotel: Greek, Italian, Vietnamese, Indian, etc. We only tried the pizza at the Italian one, and this restaurant is definitely worth your attention. We took it to go, but inside there is an incredible atmosphere, I suppose it's better to book in advance.

Don't wait for classical music because of the name, all I've heard inside the hotel was Pop:)

Interesting multicultural location just opposite to the hindu temple, I came back late night, the "Späti" nearby was still open, young folks dancing, good Berlin vibes. Hotel itself was fine, very kind staff, nice breakfast room, it should be wonderful in summer, when the roof garden is open. Next morning I had a meeting with coffee and cake next door at a turkish coffee shop, just a nice relaxing experience.

Two elevators are a bit annoying. We didnt have shampoo in the room.

Facilities in the room were very comfortable. Breakfast is super good and the stuff is very professional.
