Maybe the heating can be a bit better. We enjoyed going to bathroom couse it was warmer then in the room :-)

Location is marvelous, so close to the outlet stores. Nike is just 3 minutes walking. Main train station is 13 min walking. Exactly downstairs, there’s a supermarket (Netto) which closes at 8pm and Kaufland (5min walking) closes at 10pm. There are plenty of restaurants around. The room is spacious, you have utensils and cookware, fridge, even soap and sponge to clean the dishes. There’s hair dryer in the bathroom which is a plus. Clean towels, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi works. I happened to meet to manager at night and he was so friendly: he asked me if I need anything, towels, toilette paper, etc. He also asked me if I found my room clean and organized. I highly recommend this place if you want to go for a shopping weekend and have a nice place to rest after a tiring day!

I would have preferred to have a breakfast room for breakfast in the morning. I did not like the fact that there was easy access to a person. I was not able to use the cooker as I didn't have instructions on how to unlock it. More hanging hooks are needed in the bathroom.

Location, easy to find, very near the shops which was ideal. Nice welcome pack which is a nice touch.

The location is great, just in the outlet city. The room is very clean and big. There is also a kitchen and a washing machine (triple room). We will come back again!

The bathroom gets very moist as the bathroom exhaust is maybe not strong enough and switches off when the room is left.

The place is new, just opened a month or two before. So everything is nice, clean and new.

The mattress was so hard it felt like lying on a plank. Directly on the main road, which was noisy even with the window closed. The room was too hot, it felt like there was no air to breathe halfway through the night. Sleeping with an open window was impossible due to the traffic noise.

Modern & clean. Nice bathroom. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and lots more. Clothes horse. Tea and coffee. Easy to access, very clear instructions. Checkim possible until 11pm. Free parking. Very central.

- Bad water drainage in the shower corner - Unfortunately, the water was not in the shower, it was leaking out - The accommodation unfortunately does not include air conditioning The accommodation is situated in the main street, so if you open the window you may be disturbed by a very loud sound from the street

The level of cleanliness of the room was very poor ,I can say unacceptable. We request to change room and the new room was worst. Finally we return to first one because was little better .Finally ,the worst thing of our expirience was the support of the customer support service because the accommodation provides only digital support or phone and the response time was 1+ hour.
