Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThere is no provision for luggage storage and later checkout is not available. There are also no other options offered where transport departure and checkout times do not correlate. The area surrounding the property is a bit dodgy. A street fight broke out at the closest traffic intersection one evening around 19h00. As a female solo traveller I did not feel safe. The shower is very small.
Comfortable room, close to the Frankfort main railway station and bus stops. Automatic complete window shutters to keep out early morning sunlight and street noise.

RomaniaWhen I have trouble to get PIN code for entering building I called to support staff. But the support desk staff didn't answer so soon. I almost lost 20 or 30 minutes. If you educate staff more, the customer satisfaction will be more higher. This is also point for which I was disappointed with Limehome. And one more thing No air conditioning.

United KingdomThe flat was unbearably hot - the thermostat never dropped much below 28C, even at night, which made sleeping very difficult. We couldn't leave the windows open at night as the traffic outside was too noisy (however the windows when closed did block out the sound completely). When we arrived at the flat a fan was running, which is pointless as fans cool people, not rooms. We had to run the fan most of the time we were in the flat to make it bearable. Cooking area was quite small.
The flat was in a good location near the main train station and the riverside, and a short walk from the old centre of Frankfurt. The flat was clean and access using the door codes was straightforward.
