self check in didn’t work out. thank God I was indoors and in the cold while try to check in. I had to make a call and they checked me in via phone. But I had to give all my credit card data even the code which is actually not correct. if you booked with no chance of cancellation you have no other choice.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. First two times were well done. Third time sheets changed and towels but not actual cleaning. Lift was very dirty. Never saw it cleaned once during the whole stay. It was extremely noisy with window open for air, but noise proof when closed. Kitchen was a little small to prepare anything. Using the table as a dining area and work space was not good. More than enough space for another table. With two of us working it was cramped.

Room was large. Bathroom was superb. Modern well equipped. Reception was just a WhatsApp message away. Very well located for going into the city. Everything worked in the room, good range of essentials. Four wine glasses and one water glass! Shower was magnificent and always hot. Space to move around the bathroom. One of the best features was the laundromat. Thank you

I booked this as a business travel and I had a few issues with the check-in process. I haven't received the email which should've told me that I need to send a proof of business travel. At midnight, when we got to the place, I realized I only have the code for entering the building and not the one for the room door. I called their support and explained the situation and provided the necessary documents and they helped me and solved the issue. However, after an entire day on the roads, it wasn't fun to wait at midnight for the room codes :(.

The place is very clean. The bed is super comfy. We received a small pack of gummy bears (jelly) :D. The place looked to have everything we wanted. There are indeed no parking places outside (except for the street parking which is quite expensive per hour), but there is a parkhaus near. We left the car there for the night and there weren't any issues.

I booked this apartment from on the 2sep to 6 SEP. And on Sunday of it, the staff asked me to check out of the apartment because he suspected I'm gay and friend of mine Came to look for me and we had sex. So he said I violated the LGBT rules without explaining What that supposed to mean. So he called the police for me without any crime or better explanation. I'm still waiting for them to refund my one day Money as the promised.

The apartment was clean, kitchen was equipped and the location was in a nice place.

The dishwasher smelled awfully. Wi-Fi sometimes didn't work.

Even though we were on a busy street, when we closed the windows we couldn't hear anything which was great. The room is modern and nice and has everything you need. The location is amazing and we were able to find free parking on the street. Overall we were satisfied.

Staff. Difficult to deal with. Told me they had joined two concurrent bookings but then locked us out of the rooms for several hours leaving all our possessions in the rooms. Staff failed to return messages and emails, and the number to call is disconnected. Final responses were snarky and rude. Ended up providing screen shots of their emails to prove them wrong but not before receiving emails telling us to vacate a room we couldn't access despite it being paid for in advance. Staff refused entry to one of my rooms as their system, not booking.com, does not allow you to book two rooms in your name. Had to stand out the front and resubmit another person as the guest. So families stay clear of this place, and anyone doing bookings for a work group. Room smelt like cigarettes so had to sleep with the windows open. No other rooms so they offered a refund but later changed it to 10% refund for one night and deodorising despite having to stay there for 4 nights. And the refund never came through. It would be great if there was a breakfast option, since it would make the stay more comfortable. Also, it would be really helpful if there were luggage lockers available, since it would make travel much more simpler.

Limehome Frankfurt Gutleutstraße is at an excellent location, it is very close to main train station and to all the subway stations. It is only several minutes away from Frankfurt Messe. It was exceptionally clean.

Peace be upon you, the bed is not clean and the cleaners do not clean on a daily basis. Note that in the case of cleaning, the dirt is still in the room. I will not be able to stay in the same accommodation next time and I will not advise anyone to live in this hotel.
