There was confusion surrounding the check-in process. It is all done online which can be hard for people, especially those who have just arrived and dont necessarily have access to internet. For me, I was not let in the door until I paid a security deposit. That was fine but was a process that i had to go through customer service to get. I think they need to update their online check in system to make this process more seamless and less reliant on their customer service. Or let guests in the lobby and grant internet access prior to them checking in. Ok sorry for the rant.

The home itself was lovely. Very clean and nice. Nice little welcome gift and such. A great little mini studio apartment.

The room was not clean at all. Dusts were all over the place. Seems like they don’t clean well. I even need to wipe some dusts by myself. And it was very hot day. When I turn on the fan, it just blow out dusts to all over the bed. And another thing, you couldn’t leave the luggage at the property.

the location was great. Everything was in walking distance. Just few minutes walk to train station.

that there is no aircon (hence, you need to keep windows open if in need of cool air...) and the nearby street can be very noisy at night. Despite the efforts that the property may put in place, I did not manage to sleep well for the whole week I spent there. For the price paid, not worth.

They charged me a deposit of €200 to be able to check-in and it took more than 8 days for my money to be refunded, that information has to be given before one makes the reservation, There was no air conditioning

There was a faint smell of sewer from the bathroom occasionally. It went away if you poured water in the shower and toilet and sink but came back again later. Not a big deal but annoying, it seems Franfurt has a sewer smell even in the streets. Also the main railway station is very close to the hotel and there are some streets and places that are sketchy nearby but you can easily avoid them.

The location is great, two minutes from the riverside and the city center. You can walk all over the city center and see most things. The place was comfortable, clean and with all things you need to stay for a few days.

Very unpleasent experience, bad value for money and a ridiculous amount of difficulties during my stay. I booked a room with a small dinner table and a desk and got a room with a broken small dinner table that was not usable. I contacted the service multiple times but only received a call back when I involved booking.com - 1,5 days later! I got another room with small dinner table, still no desk. Since I booked this place for a long working trip, this is simply unacceptable and obviously wrong advertising. In the middle of the stay my door code stopped working so I was locked out. Since there is no coverage in the hall, you have to leave the building and lock yourself out completely to call the service line. The room itself looks nice, but is airless and stuffy and does not have a closet or shelves, so you have to live out of your suitcase and toilet bag even if you're staying longterm. The kitchen is small and very basic, no wine opener or grater, only one drinking glass. Only received info about the laundry room after request, no signage within the building. Also, the cleaning staff just entered the room without knocking or ringing. So all in all I do not recommend.

The place is adequately clean, nice location - but service is totally unreliable. My confirmed extension of booking was cancelled the evening before check-in by the apartment provider via email only - 5 calls to the hotline (--- worst hold music ever) were answered by various agents giving different reasons for the last minute cancellation. They were clearly not empowered to support without supervisor involvement, who had left for the day (on duty 9-5) and never called back despite several promises made. Mistakes can happen, but from a company, who claims to be legit I would have expected to acitively communicate cancellations, not only via email leaving the customer in charge of solving issues on the provider's side. Limehome clearly does not have their operation under control. So if you want to feel home 24/7 (which is what Limehome claims) go somewhere else, where you can rely on confirmed bookings.

room was very hot, no way to cool it down temperature control did not work at all. the curtain was broken and cannot be closed. bed was horrible… mattress was not level and I was not able to sleep well lighting is not enough and the bathroom does not have any place for putting the toiletries. i called to the service line and reported the issue with the bed and the curtain, they did not do anything

An inventory of the items and their condition in the property should be done because I discovered a cracked glass tumbler in the cupboard - housekeeping replaced it for me.

The location was great, very close to Frankfurt's main train station and within walking distance of supermarkets, shops the opera. The apartment was equipped with everything one needs for a home away from home stay.

pillows are way to soft and we would appreciate more pillows to build up a good height for our necks
