Air con wasn’t great on a very hot night. Didn’t realise it wasn’t working until the middle of the night so didn’t ask to change rooms.

Good location in city centre and a quick tram ride to the arena for a concert which was the reason for my visit. Very big room, bathroom and bed. Friendly staff.

There was a lot of dust in the room, on the floor, like it was not vacuumed since a while. Except this, all clean and ok

Well i tried to go to gym, its quite small not well ventilated and a bit old/warned down. Breakfast selection was a bit poor, eggs were too salty.

The hotel itself is a good mixture of an old building which is nicely modernized. Staff was nice, room was clean and nicely furnished. Price to value was for me definitely given. The also provide free refreshment drinks (flavoured water with fresh fruits in it) + free coffee in the morning. Overall a nice stay.

It was a double room but we had two single beds put together and they kept pulling apart so most of the time we had to sleep separately. There was no kettle and we could only get hot water from the coffee pod machine which made the tea taste of coffee.

It was very clean and staff friendly. It was also very quiet .

Hotel overall bit run down. Feels like it needs upgrading of its interior. Lift was old type, you have to pull the door open which is a hassle when you have no hands with luggage to handle

Requested for room not facing the main road so it was quiet and was a bigger space room.

I had put the Dont disturb sign at the door and yet they came in when I just had breakfast to change towels ( which I said also they wouldn’t need to be changed). Don’t like people going in when it says no at the door . Respect of my privacy …. And the cleaning staff overlooked something very gros on my bed frame …

Nothing to criticize actually, I just didn’t like paying the city tax given that I am already a taxpayer in the country, it felt like double taxation

Didn’t have any amenities and there was no main light in the main room just lamps scattered around the room and I had to turn all the lamps on to equalize just one normal main light.

Mannheim city have a big problem with mouses and I saw some small mouses at the lobby hotel and this is not good. The hotel is penalised for this situation and, as I understand it, they can't do anything about it because of the law imposed in the city. Small rats are a protected species! The parking is really expensive 1 day 24 Euros.

All staff are very friendly. The room have a lot of space.

Sound carries through the walls, but with earplugs it’s fine.

Great location, wonderful staff. Nina at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast buffet is always nice (this was my fourth time staying here).
