Shower size - it’s very small

1. The room was quite small with sloping ceiling on the last floor (I must admit that I was warned about it by the hotel staff, but I had no choice but to take it after a long transatlantic flight followed by another flight across Germany). There was one narrow window in the ceiling, so the room was quite dark. I do not think it was worth the price and corresponded to 4* hotel room, hotel interior looks quite old and does not look for 4* either. 2. The room definitely missed a writing table and a chair allowing to work with a laptop. 3. Very small bathroom in the room and very narrow door opening in the shower cabin. 3. The gym has maximum dumbbells of 6 kg., which is too light for a work-out. It would be better to add 8-10 kg. dumbbells and work-out bench

1. Highly helpful and polite staff. 2. Although the check-in time was at 15:00, I got a the first available room cleaned much earlier, after 10:00. 3. Very good varied breakfast including Champaign 4. Good SPA center with sauna and rest room, clean towels and bathrobe 5. Good foamy and nice-smelling hair and body gel in dispensers. 6. There's a heated towel rail with regulated temperature in the bathroom which was very usefull. 7. The room was cleaned very well (except for one day), my shaving and tooth belongings were nicely ordered in the bathroom. 8. Own parking with comparatively wide parking lots and drive ways. 9. Small gym has some machines for fitness and workouts 10. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants (mine favorite was Brewery Schumacher across the street)

Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was small—not much bigger than the double bed.

Seems there is not enough staff, and the ones that are there seem to be new or overwhelmed. The hotel itself is old-fashioned and looks weary on the inside.

Relatively central location, breakfast, lots of conference rooms - could be useful for those working remotely

There was constant heating on in the room, even though we tried on switch on the air con and open the windows available in the room. We had a weird experience with regard to the cleaning service provided at the hotel. We had someone knock at our door 3 times in 5 hours (on the last day) asking us if we needed the room clean, in spite of telling them the first time that we do not need the service & inspite of using the 'Do Not Disturb' card outside our door.

Stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights & 4 days with my sister. The Hotel is centrally located. Oststr. u-bahn (public transport) is a 2 minutes walk, Altstadt (City center) is a 10 - 15 minutes walk & the main station (Hbf) is a 7-10 mins. walk. The hotel is located on a street that offers quite a few eateries. The best was the restaurant right across the street called "Svaad". The room was clean & spacious enough to accommodate 2 people comfortably.

The gym could have a bit more equippment for strength training.

Smaller rooms than on photos.And the cleaning service knocked my door twice in the morning while I was sleeping

I loved the stuff at the reception and the bar.We had our air conditioner failed to work and they offered me another room straight away with fine air conditioner. Breakfast is wonderful!

The ac didn't warm the room, we complained but still remain the same. the quilt wasn't a whole for a double bed, we had 2 singles quilt

The breakfast was really good and fresh everyday with vast variety to choose. The room was clean but was a bit cold, the ac wasn't warming the room enough. The bathroom was clean and very warm

The rooms and especially shower are dated. Could use a facelift. The breakfast was good but the coffee was horrible. Only from machine and tastes like coffee substitute.
