Breakfast is quite expensive at 21 EUR. It is about 20 minutes walking from city center.

I booked this hotel at the last moment and I am very happy with my decision. It is a great base to discover Augsburg. Hotel is modern, comfortable, new and chic. We also had a coffee machine in the room. TV is very big and well integrated, offering many channels. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, bathroom is also very good. Staff is very polite. I honestly do not know why the average rating is about 8 for this hotel, in our experience it is a great true 4 star hotel.

It took us around 15-20 minutes to walk in to the far end of the town for dinner although there was a tram from outside the hotel. Not really a problem, was just a bit further than we expected.

What a fantastic hotel! We had not stayed at a Leonardo hotel before and were very pleasantly surprised. Bedroom was really lovely and breakfast was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold food and drinks in a large, stylish dining room. Secure parking available at a cost. Lovely courtyard for drinks/ relaxation. Loved the lighting in the lifts, each one a different colour. Would like to have stayed longer. ( We stayed at another Leonardo in Nuremburg after this and it was much smaller and nowhere near as good but this one in Ausburg is great!)

Junior suite was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. Restaurant menu could be a bit more various. Anyhow, food and stuff service was exceptional. Spacious underground garage. We got parking spot free of charge during our stay as we booked junior suite.

Easy to find, secure parking for motorcycles with direct access to hotel, the staff without exception were brilliant, we had some pleasant chats with the staff at dinner and at breakfast, everyone we met was friendly, polite and helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, the food was fantastic, the choice for breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location and nice place to stay. We stayed a few nights while attending a conference and for that purpose this place was perfect. The room was a good size, it was clean, comfortable and we slept well.

Very clean room and nice furniture, you got everything you need, and you can open a window. Garage is 12€ a day which is underground and safe. Great bath, All in all very bang for a buck. It’s most likely that I’m staying here again if visiting Augsburg. Tram line Nr. 4 leads directly to city center in just 10mim.

The hotel has a good location - it's close enough to the city center to walk to, but there is a bus/tram stop nearby if you don't want to walk too much. The room is clean, stylish, and in very good condition. There are every possible facilities to make the stay comfortable. The TV is smart - you can watch YouTube and relax after a day full of adventures in the city. The beds are wide and nice, the mattresses are good, we had a nice sleep. There is a coffee machine (with capsules and some tea bags provided) and even a small fridge in the room. The water pressure is perfect - taking a shower was like getting a luxury massage! Also the shower gel / shampoo had a great smell and quality. If we ever visit Augsburg again we will sure stay at this hotel.

My room was a bit tight but there were so many windows and natural light that compensated for it. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and quiet hotel. Airy. Very comfortable beds and a good size bathroom. Shower was a 10!!! Sooo good! The terrace outside was really nice.

You will need to pay 12 Euro a day for the parking. I wish the desk staff had know more about the costs of public transportation and which tram to take to the center and what stop to get off at for some of the main tourist attractions. I figured it out myself, but I would have appreciated more guidance. Other than that the desk staff was helpful and friendly. As I was leaving on Monday evening, there was a long queue of business people waiting to check in. I had checked out earlier in the day so this was no problem.

Easy access with the Strassenbahn to the center of Augsburg. Very comfortable and modern. Definitely a business hotel during the week. Weekend price was excellent. Parking was available on Sunday, but by Monday evening it was full as business people really seem to use this hotel. I was very happy to be able to stay here at such a good price. I was able to leave my car slightly more than 24 hours in the parking lot, which was useful.
