Near the main train station and city center. A complete breakfast. The bedroom was OK, simple, functional. Competent staff.

There was a problem with one of the hot drink machines at breakfast - fortunately the other one worked fine after a short wait while it started up.

Good location - 5 minutes walk from the main railway station and bus stops. Convenient for the centre but away from the crowds and noise. Good selection at breakfast. Room small but had everything I needed. Bed comfy - I slept well.

The Hotel is very near the Banhoff, only one street away and to the Zentrum. Hotel is also very clean and organize, Rooms are very comfortable as well. It was a nice stay for the weekend with family. Our double room has a two single bed plus they provided us with a single sofa bed and a cot. It was very nice of them to do that. Breakfast was also good.

Its not the worlds fanciest hotel but for the price it is definitely good value. Hard to overly critique the place given the nice staff and efficient welcome. Room was small but completely worth the price.

Perfectly adequate hotel in a great location in Bonn. Single room was very reasonably priced with breakfast included and was excellent for a single night stay for a solo traveller just needing a place to sleep for the night! Nice staff and convenient for Bonn hbf.

They use a one-for-all type of shampoo/body/car soap. A lot of hotels do this and it really irks me.

24h Service desk did not work out. We had to wait 45 min outside the hotel at 2am in the morning There was not even an excuse after this incident.

At departure Tuesday morning, the man was not friendly at all! We felt like we were disturbing him when we dropped off the key. We said ‘good morning’, looked for where to put the key, he grabbed it and threw it in the hole in the desk. Not what we expected from someone in customer service!

There is only soap in the bathroom, nothing else. There was a clump of hair on the shower curtain.

It wasn’t too difficult to find. about 4 minutes from the train station. Do use the underpass at the station and then the lift to street level. Then it is just the next street parallel to the train station. There is a lift to the rooms. The room was comfortable with the heater working well They connected a switch away from the heater which made it easier to adjust the heater but the wires are exposed! The size is adequate and clean. The mattress is quite firm which I like but some people might not. Beddings clean, warm and comfortable. The shower was hot and strong.

The hotel room was very hot (the outside daytime temperatures were +30C during the stay and the room didn't have an AC so this is understandable), and the nearby road was too loud to keep the window open during the night, so it was a bit difficult to sleep well. This is something to consider if travelling summertime. The breakfast could benefit from more fresh vegetables. There were some crumbles of chips or similar on the floor left behind by the previous guest and the cleaners on the first day, but that didn't bother me and the overall cleanliness was good after that.

The location was very good nearby the railway station, just a very short walking distance from there. The bed was nice and the breakfast was pretty good. The overall experience was what I would expect from this price range.
