The room was very clean when we arrived but unfortunately later on was not the same, we where stating 4 nights with our dog and the room was not properly cleaned. We were taking some coffee and the cups were never washed, we needed to do it by ourselves. On top, the beds are not that comfortable. After a hard hiking days, we were not able to rest properly.

the location is wonderful and the breakfast is good :) the hotel is in general very nice.

Mattresses were a bit too hard for me and I wasn’t able to get good sleep, but that’s subjective as my boyfriend had good sleep.

Excellent location! Jennerbahn, ferry rides, and hiking trails were all within 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was decent, nothing amazing but not bad at all.

No construction but this will solve itself as soon as the remodel is completed.

Clean facility with very helpful staff who spoke english. Breakfast was good but not amazing, included scrambled eggs which we appreciated. Only downside is they were remodeling so we had some noise from the construction and also the hotel is located right next to the bus parking lot so the view was not as amazing as some other hotels. Look on google earth and you will see what I mean. However, the buses all left by 5pm. In summary, I would stay here again for the price we paid.

Very cozy hotel! Great location next to the Königssee. Our apartment located privately on the highest floor of the hotel. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything you need. The staff were helpful. The breakfast selection was modest but everything needed was there.

the penthouse suit was in a maze! Took us a long time (carrying luggage and kids) to find it because there was any signs or staff to indicate where was it. It was very hard to find it

the room was great, the location was perfect to visit the Königsee. Around 3km there was a supermarkt and restaurants. the local food and stores around the hotel was great to.

The room was great and the staff was friendly. The location is perfect. You are 1/4 mile to the Lake and 1/4 mile to the Jennerbahn with close locations to dining. Suggest you eat on the waterfront as it is a perfectly serene location with good food, great beer and very friendly staff.

The whole stay was very pleasant, the hotel has great mountain and river views and looooots of peace and quiet. We were unlucky to visit in very cold weather so it was great to have a very warm room. There is floor heating and that for me was the most amazing part!

We were 2 families in the hotel apartment. And there was only 1 sharing bathroom between 2 families. It would be better if there were at least 2 WC.

That a fee of EUR30 would be charged for late check in. We were driving from north Germany since 7.30 am but after the first few hrs there was so much snow and rain that going was slow. I made it on time but the thought of being charged for being late due to weather conditions was not nice.

There was hair in the scrummbled eggs at breakfast. Toilet in dinning room not operational, somewhat unfriendly staff/ not prepared to treat you nicely or to communicate well because they speak little German and little English only.

The room was quite good, and the view is really good too. The location was perfect for starting any trail.

Nobody was at the counter on arrival (keys were layed out so no issue here) but during the mentioned hours were someone would in fact be present for questions or other topics, nobody was there and one of the employees on vacation next door had to jump in and help out. Additionally the plastic cups stacked in the bathroom seemed old/used as they had hair(s) stuck between them.

Nice location very close to the Königssee and some restaurants. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly throughout.

The bed is too noisy when you move or turn your body during sleep. There is no lift that you may need to bring the luggage up the staircases, like in my case, my room is on the third floor. There is literally no one in the reception desk except during the checkin hours. So you can only go to the tourist info centre nearby for any inquiries about your excursions. The breakfast is okay but starts serving a bit late(from 8am). You need to settle your hotel bill in cash so get prepared for that. Or else, if you settle your bill using credit card, they charge an addition of 2%.

The location is excellent that you can reach the ferry in 5 minutes time. The room is spacious, clean and quiet as I booked a double room with balcony facing the mountain. The temperature control of the bath tub is very good. You may park your car free of charge just outside the hotel.

The apartment was on the third floor, so we had to climb three flights of stairs every time. Luckily, we didn’t have any heavy luggage. The view from the balcony could’ve been better. It looks upon the parking area. Considering the price, they could’ve provided air conditioning in the apartment.

The apartment was very clean with good facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide good parking facilities as well. The location is perfect, close to everything. The breakfast was good enough.

There are not blinds on the sky light windows, which are directly behind above the beds, making the bedrooms very light from 5am.

We stayed in the top floor apartment, which is spacious with a great view. The breakfast had a good choice each morning.
