stayed here before, property was good, this time the staff were excellent, in the past had rrouble with staff

I thought 3 Euros for a bottle of water in the room was unnecessary. Most hotels offer the first bottle of water free and you pay for any extra bottles. I would prefer to have free coffee and tea facilities in my room.

Friendly hotel with great staff at reception always happy to help. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was very good with reasonabvle choices. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

The bathroom drain didn't work properly, so I was in fact standing in water, which is not very pleasant.

I liked the room in general. It was clean and comfortable. I was lucky, cause this time Wi-Fi was working🙂 The good thing is that the hotel is located almost in the center of the city near bus lines.

My room was at the 3rd floor and therefore it was very hot (in August) but I couldn't sleep with the windows open, since the hotel is located on a main busy street and it was too loud with opened windows.

no fridge in the room, unfriendly staff on the phone (not the reception, but I think the hotline), room was not too clean and lots of flies and mosquitoes at night, bright light from the sun early on in the morning, no air conditioner, the room felt stuffy

There's something I would say, is more or less a ‘no-go’. Providing water with an etiquette that states the bottle for free and and write a price under it by hand.

Service, service and the accommodation. The breakfast is a bit smaller than expected but it fit's for a good start into the day tho.

The WIFI is not usable for work. Missing facilities in room like a kettle. Late checkout that should be courtesy when possible is charged extra 10 Euro per hour.

Good location close to Bahnhof. Staff is helpful during the late checkin process or while the reception is open. The price is ok. The room is average with good beds.

Not so good Internet. For a day there was no any Internet in my room's block and nobody could fix it. When I booked a room there was announced 26 sq.m. but actually it was smaller. When I claimed they swiftly changed the information at booking.com and now the room is 23 sq.m. So the claim was not accepted.

Good design of the lobby and my room. Hospitality and good English of the staff. The breakfast was good for the price.

having to pay for parking in the hotel car park. breakfast was not good at all, cold hard scrambled eggs and cold hard sausage, not much other options upgraded room after being sent an offer of a better room for more money with air conditioning prior to arrival get there and air conditioning unit isn’t even plumbed in! neighbours spent all night screaming at each other. 1 woman and 2 men in a double room! couldn’t work the hob. staff couldn’t help. stood at reception for nearly an hour ringing the bell waiting for staff who didn’t come
