The room I got is small, but has everything you need and compared with other prices around the city it is of really good quality. It's like 2 or 3 minutes away from a U-bahn and S-bahn station so you can move quickly. Enjoyed my stay here and the staff was nice and always helped if I had questions.

Clean room, very helpful and kind reception lady. It's in front of Wehrhahn station, that is just a stop away from the main station or you can walk. It is a km away from the station and city centre. I visited for work so just needed a bed to sleep overnight.

My room felt like hostel room. My blanket was too thin and I was freezing all night. There were no complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. I liked the complimentary water.

Very old, unattended rooms and common grounds. Lack of A/C. Bathroom equipment is not working properly. Hotel is near the train station but they don’t have soundproof glasses in windows and they give you ear plugs.

Because the hotel is right next to a train station, I did hear trains going past throughout the night, so that wasn't the best.

First off, it was really easy to find from the Hauptbahnhof and not too far by transit. Then, when I had to get to the airport the next morning, I could do so by hopping on a train that has a station right next to the hotel. Very convenient! The lady at the front desk was really friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Then I got to the room and it was beautiful! And there was a little pack of gummy bears waiting for me! The shower was great; maybe the best shower I've had in 3 months in Germany! Amazing water pressure, enough room to wash without bumping my elbows on the walls. I also liked that there were blackout blinds on the windows. All in all, it was exactly what I needed for that night.

Wi-fi connection has to be improved, the internet connection was not the best.

The room was big enough, clean and the hotel is well located next to a S-Bahn station, Tram station, and Bus station. For the money you pay, I guess what you receive is quite fair. Next to the reception there is a wending machine from where you can purchase drinks and snacks.

The wifi is non-existent. Couldn’t get more than 1 bar. The balconies are shared and my neighbor enjoyed long loud phone calls at all hours of the night, blissfully unaware that it was a shared facility. The hotel is next to open train tracks and the trains continue through the night. The windows and doors do not shut sufficiently to drown out the noise. The overall state of the interior of the building was lackluster and the carpets disgustingly dirty.

It was close enough to the trains but its not a particularly nice area to stay in. Fine for one night. The room was neat.

wifi didn’t work at all in the room. also lots of Ukrainian refugees in the hotel, bin in hallway with sign in Russian to leave rubbish in the bin but they just leave it in bags all over the place. floor( 4th) I was on stank of rotting food. bin bags weren’t taken out over the weekend just left in a pile by the bin pretty much outside my door. also didn’t get new towels throughout my stay.

close to Hbf - 10 mins walk or 2 mins with S-Bahn room was ok. for a place to sleep it’s ok for the price I paid.
