Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

The staff is very friendly. Parking is in front of hotel, free of charge. There is a very nice pizzeria on the first floor. The hotel is in the center of the town.

Very nice Balkan people that host the hotel. They didn't have a double room that we first ordered, but a beer from the house made it all good. The breakfast was perfect.

LithuaniaWe didn't like extra cost for approved booking. We did book twin room with 2 single beds and got the message from the hotel via booking.com that single beds will be no extra charge, but when we arrived to the hotel- the receptionist told that they don't even have twin room with single beds. So we have to pay extra and take one more room! so it came 2 single rooms instead twin with single rooms. Impression about breakfast not the best. First morning of the stay have to put away 2 meats of 4 a viable, because it already had smell and the other morning, even though we we first for breakfast scrambled eggs were cold and made with old meat. We did choose this hotel, because at it's description it was written they have fitness, but at arrival we found out they don't have fitness, but there is fitness club near by where you can go at your own expense. Fitness was really great and we got a discount as hotel customers. But all this you can not find at booking.com information. The opinion about the hotel is ambiguous. The best feedback would be about finesse club, which was next to the hotel, where we had excellent training for an additional fee. The town where the hotel is located is also great, parking near the hotel is perfect, but the hotel staff's attitude towards customers, and above all the fact that the description on booking.com does not match the actual situation, is the most damaging to the hotel's evaluation.
Did like to walk around in the town and fitness close to the hotel for extra price.
