My bunk bed was really rickety and when the person above me moved it woke me up. It also seemed like maybe part of his bed was not screwed up properly because the top bunk sagged, where as this didn't happen on the other bunk bed. (Room 24 btw if someone wants to fix it)

It's a bit out of town. To be fair it's only just over the river, right at the end of the bridge..but it felt out of the way to us, as we had accommodation right next to the main station in the other cities. Great transport makes this less of an issue.

The thing that I didn't like was that there was no place for charging phone near the beds which was annoying and I had to stay awake during charging my phone in the toilet! There was a light near each bed but not charging plug! also, the room was cold at night.

The room was very clean and tidy. Also, the shower and WC was very clean. The good point is, there was locker for each bed in the room with the lock and keys included which I really liked. Also, there is a nice cafe with good foods and drinks.

The pillow looked worn out, it had clumped filling and very little of that. There was no shampoo in the shower and only a tiny bar of soap to be shared between toilet and shower rooms.

Very nice neighborhood, lots of beautiful buildings around, one tram stop away from the Rhein tower. I liked walking around this area way more than the actual downtown, which was always crowded, noisy and smelly. The lockers were very spacious, you could probably even fit a 20kg suitcase. The breakfast was very good - no fried eggs or omelette, but there was a wide variety of meats, cheeses, yoghurts, tea etc.

No wifi in rooms; this is not acceptable. Even in common areas, connection was poor. There were no towels or any soap in rooms. Had to pay for them. Had to pay to become hostel intl member, though I do not plan to stay in their hostels in the future.

The fact that they ask you for your Hostelling Card , gives you stamps but charge €3,5 for each stamp. Like what’s the point? The membership costs money, the stamps costs money. when the card is full with stamps, there are no groundbreaking benefits or atleast the receptionist wasn’t very articulate about it. Ended up paying €92 in total. What’s more frustrating is that they’re no towels, no toiletries, very basic breakfast. You could easily pay €20-€30 more and get into a five star hotel. Extremely disappointed by this because I didn’t face this in DJH Hannover.

This was my second stay here. They maintain good cleanliness and it is not too far from the center, hence it’s a good place to stay for sure.

There is so much noise from all the students who stay there, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. You need to pay a few extra euros that is not included in the booking price.

The room is quite big for 2 people, has a lot of storage units. The shower and toilet are parted which is nice. The stuff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good.

there were no towel in the room...totally... Apparently, the cleaning staff simply forgot to put them in our room. We didn’t even know if they were provided or not...? We bought them ourselves.Later, we saw that towels, in principle, are allowed to guests.;)

- Internet. I was working from my laptop and needed good connection. They claimed that internet doesn't work in the rooms but is ok in the common area. 20 min and it was gone, no way of reconnecting for a while. I went to a French cafe nearby, and they didn't have internet either. Had to create a hotspot on my phone to be able to work. I mean, comon! - You have to put your own bedsheets and then bring them in at check-out

-It seemed far from the center but it's really just a bridge away. Took me 15 min to get there on foot. Or 2 metro stops - The area is nice and quiet - Bed sheets, towel, some shower gel provided as well - Breakfast is very basic (musli, bread and spreads) but included which is always nice - People at the reception very nice and sweet - Price!
