AC in our room wasn’t working but wasn’t too hot outside so wasn’t really a problem, breakfast a little pricey at €19 per person.

Excellent breakfast, well laid out and tasty. Room was large and comfortable and the air con excellent. The bar was friendly and good value and the location perfect for accessing the city.

The menu in the restaurant was limited and certain items were unavailable every night of our stay. Pillows were not good, very uncomfortable.

Very clean and new looking , staff very helpful, our flight arrived early and they were able to check us in, a bit before scheduled time, got adjoining rooms with our travel companions. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had , excellent choices , of food and beverage.

The prices at the bar and the restaurant for breakfast were high and therefore not great value for money.

The room was clean, and everything worked. When I checked in, I was allocated a room on the ground floor with almost non-existent Wi-Fi. However, the reception staff's immediate response and their effort to allot me another room with better Wi-Fi was truly appreciated. This incident highlighted the great customer service at your hotel! Overall, however, my stay was good, and I will not hesitate to return if my business brings me back to Frankfurt.

Second stay at this excellent hotel. A warm welcome and a lovely room. Breakfast was good quality and the bar was just what was needed. Car parking a major plus to staying here. There is an electric charging point just across from the car park.

Excellent facilities and great room. Great German “normal” buffet breakfast. We stayed in August and at the weekend so reataurant and bar not available but the rate for lasminute was good. Staff well trained and attentive and this was noticeable from first moment.

The restaurant was expensive and not very enjoyable. Perhaps a restaurant with more general options would also work for all types of travellers, the korean and japanese food was not maintsream and quite expensive, we did not enjoy the food.

I chose this hotel for its advertised AC in the room. Unfortunately, the AC couldn't be felt. The AC unit made a noise but no cold air was coming out the vent. Luckily it wasn't super hot outside, so we weren't miserable. We had it running the entire night on lowest setting and we couldn't feel a difference. Opening the window would have done a much better job cooling down the room. The shower only had glass on one side without a glass door on the other. Water splashes out the shower and on the door and floor if you do not use low water pressure. For someone who is not used to showering with minimal water splashing, there will be some water outside the shower that needs to be wiped dry afterwards.

Spacious room. Loved the 2 queen beds in the room to fit me and my 2 teenage kids without having to ask for an uncomfortable rollaway bed. Not many German hotels offer rooms that sleep 4, so this was great for the price. Close to grocery stores Aldi & Rewe, DM drugstore, and fast food (Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut). Not far from the Autobahn and within 15min drive of the Frankfurt Airport.

Heater in the washroom was continuously leaking water and the shower area don’t have a curtain or glass door, so resulting in a wet floor as the water was continuously splashing when we take shower.

The hotel room was clean, spacious and tidy.
