Property advertised that there’s a pool and gym here.. unfortunately tho when going to use them we were locked out as the owner has not purchased the pool and gym as apart of the contract with this apartment extremely disappointing as we look for these things prompted us to book here.

Great location within walking distance to shops and beach, apartment was clean and had great balcony view of city and the beach.

Fans in rooms are hard to get to work. The lift in building was broken but we had been informed of this be arriving was just a pain to carry everything. Unit could use another Aircon in the 2 room.

The location is 10/10 view is also amazing

The lift was broken so had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. Good exercise tho 🙂 Just hard taking luggage up and down and groceries.

Lift wasn’t working and won’t be for a long time, it wasn’t serviced a week in of our 2 weeks stay even after two phone calls. So we had to was sheets and towels ourselves. We have not had our security deposit of $300.00 refund yet, 4 weeks and waiting?

The room was quite dirty which is a shame as it was the only thing that let it down everything else was wonderful I think with a good deep clean it would be perfect and no negatives.

The facilities are tired and old. The kitchen was I’ll equipped. The dishwasher has broken internal parts and didn’t work well. The bed was really uncomfortable. The apartment needs an urgent upgrade to remain competitive in the area.

The location was amazing. Close walk to the beach and for the training I was there for. The place was very clean.

I got one of the units NOT in the photos. Do yourself a favour and request any apartment EXCEPT unit 19. The seats/lounge has holes, it sags and has major sweat marks and gets uncomfortable after a short time. Yes it's from the 70's or 80's and never seen a cover and it looks like it. The AC needs a service, it cooled the room mostly ok, but didn't chill the room. Considering curtains were closed and doors were closed I'd expect the AC to manage. I'd stay in the complex again...just not in this room.

Staff were excellent and helpful. The views are fantastic, it's very convenient and a great location. The pool and facilities were great. The bed was firm and very comfortable (once we removed the topper).

Fridge leaked on first night. Shower was really small. Dryer kept cutting out and wouldn't dry clothes. Oven, but no oven trays. Pots and pans were old. Some cups/dishes were dirty. Air con vents and bathroom extraction fan full of dust.

View was great. Bed was comfy. Pool was good. Staff/keys were convenient.

Cleanliness of the apartment in general. Leaking taps in the shower. The aircon remote had flat batteries and the A/C unit was choked with dust in the filters and mould in the fan.

Inexpensive for the location. View of the beach between the buildings was very nice.

The apartment was filthy. A lamp at the side of our daughters bed had been stuck back together with sticky tape. I moved the bed to make room and there was sharp pieces still there. You couldn't walk with bare feet and you couldn't clean the floor as there were no cleaning products, the mop was filthy. So we just spent all our time out of the apartment. I think some of the other apartments are nicer. Just make sure you don't get floor 2 apartment 6.

The decoration, the sofa look old, then how to open the garage bit old, we used key to open the gate, its old fashion and make difficult for the driver. Why not used the tap one. Ty
