It’s noisy at night from street if you open the window. However it’s too warm to have them closed. Tried to turn the aircon on but it has sudden loud noise from time to time during the night. And it’s very confusing to find the closest train exit to walk to the hotel, would be nice if hotel can send some info.

Breakfast is great. The reception is 24 hours!! They keep your room key when you go out so feeling secure. And they have a big lift (very happy if you have big luggages)

The Hotel was small but very comfortable. The personnel were very helpful and friendly. It was also nice that the hotel was staffed 24 hours a day. The room was clean and spacious.

A small room Mattress and pillow too soft

Excellent location for the train, the exhibition building, several nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Kind and helpful staff. Nice sitting area in the backyard.

Breakfast has a good variety of choices, but the quality of the food is average-low. The coffe is one of the worst you can experience. The cost of the room (related to the exhibition taking place in those days) is unbelievable high for the hotel class

The room wasn't particularly quiet (mostly expected because this was advertised). It is within the city and therefore a certain amount of noise was expected. The room was on the interior of the building (window to the courtyard), so shielded from street noise. However, people could be heard going up and down the stairs well past midnight.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station. The staff were very courteous, bilingual, and I appreciate that the reception is open 24h. The room was clean and tidy.

The location was really good, just next to the tram stop and metro station.

The WiFi signals were low in the room, so I had to move around to get a connection. I could have requested them to fix it, but i didn't as my stay was short.

The room was cozy, quiet, and clean, and the staff were cooperative and friendly too. The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station. Additionally, there are subway and Doner restaurants nearby.

Room is a good size and clean. Location is great, just a short walk from the station and away from the more lively nightlife area.

1. Seems like it is allowed to smoke, therefore you can feel the smell. 2. Could be quite noisy due to traffic, but closed windows mitigate it.

The beds were a little uncomfortable which meant we didn't get the best sleep.

The most helpful and friendly staff. Tolga is a lovely young man and so helpful. The location was great, next to the main transport systems. A lovely neighbourhood with everything you might need on your doorstep. The native Germans are not so friendly but the people who have migrated here make it a welcoming place.

No fridge in the room. Had to split up our family of 4 into 2 rooms, but I think that seems the norm for Europe.

This time I use this hotel as a "transfere" hotel, because location is close to central station, and I had a eary train to Frankfurt, so I thik perfect hotel for short stay!

- no airconditioning but I was lucky the temperature during the night was cooling down

The shower clogged a bit. And I could hear people slamming the doors of their rooms or the hallway. The airco was a bit old so probably not the most effective/energy-efficient.

It was a cosy hotel. The location is nice, right next to a tram stop. The room was clean and came with all you need. The bed was comfy too. My single standard room faced the court with other buildings so it was quite quiet. The reception was open 24h and the staff was friendly and helpful.
