1. The location is not that good. You have to walk for a while or take the subway to go anywhere. The good thing is that the subway station is very close. 2. Poor service awareness. First of all, the front desk only had one room ready when we checked in. We checked into one room first and then checked into another when we came back in the evening. But after I came back at night, the front desk gave me the worst room. It was on the first floor and faced the street. It was very noisy and affected my sleep at night. I wanted to change rooms, but the front desk refused because there was no room. 3.Terrible cleaning service. We stayed in two rooms for 3 days, during which time each room only provided 2 bottles of water, and no one would buy you free bottles of water. What's even more frightening is that the cleaning staff will knock on your door at 10 o'clock every morning, trying to ask you to come out of the room and not to disturb their work. In Summary，We spent more than 1,800 euros to stay in two rooms for three days, which is about 300 euros per room per night. The price/performance ratio is too low!

Racist behavior at the breakfast time Suit was too hot. Portable as well as main central AC were not working. No kitchenette as promised Even after changing room similar issues and Microwave missing We had to self relocate even for their mistake. No door or curtain to bath area for some privacy.

Blinders were broken. Curtains are transparent, sunlight woke us up at 5am. No higiene products in the room such as body cream, shower cap. We had to pay a pet fee of 20eur but the hotel didn’t had a bowl for water or food. No bed for the dog was provided, our dog had to sleep in the floor. Pillows are very poor quality, we had to ask twice to have a different pillow.

Unfortunately we had to complain twice about our room as there was a terrible smell of smoke. We moved rooms once, but then the same issue happened again. We realised that the smoking area was directly below this row of bedrooms and the smoke wafted straight into the room through the air vents. This was really horrible. The hotel should either move the smoking area or place non-smokers in a different part of the hotel.

Overall this was a good hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a decent size for a city break. The location is good too - it's a ubahn ride away from the city centre. The location was great for us as we hired a car so was easy to drive out of the city.

It is in a quiet area of Munich, mainly offices of multinationals, easily accessible by car just off the motorway.We found free parking on the road behind, otherwise there is pay parking underground. Easy access to tourist sites and Old City by public transport. We had stayed here before and this was a return visit.

the room was spacious and very clean, there was a large amount of storage, the restaurant was great (especially the staff, i think gabby and luke were their names), and the beds were comfortable

It is not a great hotel. The bed is uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, my toilet broke, the staff are not very good. I complained at the desk and saw three others complaining whilst I waited.

The room I booked had almost see through courtains. Light from the window shines through and it’s not a great atmosphere to sleep. buttons for the ventilator are broken and the ventilator is loud when trying to sleep.

The room was out of range for the wifi and logging in was almost impossible. I communicated this to the staff and they were very kind and told me that they would get in touch with the IT team to solve it.

It was a lot better than I expected given the other comments. Good size, free mini-bar, and very comfortable in general. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but you can get there quite fast (around 15 minutes) using the strassebahn, instead of the U-Bahn.

I had a hair on my bed, blood on the floor, and a plaster on the light switch. The housekeeping should bring some shoes and towels for the spa but never came. On the reception weren’t enough umbrellas and bathrobes.
