The air conditioning didn't seem to have any effect on the room temperature. It was a little warm even in early spring, and I couldn't leave the window open as it gave out onto a flat roof, accessible from other rooms on the first floor. I missed having a kettle in the room, but this cannot be expected in German budget hotels. What would be nice would be free tea and coffee in the lobby, as can be found in some budget hotels. (Tea or coffee can be purchased at the bar for €2,80.) The bathroom is tiny and the shower cabin is quite tight, even for a fairly petite person, but once you're in, it all functions very well.

Good value for money (for Wiesbaden, an expensive town), in a central location, only a few minutes to the Kaiser-Friedrich thermal baths and the town centre. The (double) rooms are clean, compact and functional, ideal for solo/business travellers. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding and towels of good quality. The (inner courtyard) room was quiet. The style is budget hotel, however with a breakfast offering that is superior to the standard budget hotels. Lots of choice of good quality hot and cold foods. There is a small bar, open at all hours, serving drinks, as well as a small selection of snacks and drinks that can be purchased in the lobby. Service from all staff was friendly and efficient.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting Wiesbaden. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants and parks. It is an easy 15 min walk from the train.

Parking was quite far away, although they did allow us to park right outside the hotel for loading and unloading. we paid 20 euros per day. There is a parking lot in the hotel but it was "out of order" There was no refrigerator, nor coffee pot Breakfast was pricey.

Location right in the city middle was amazing. Room small but comfortable. If you decline maid service, they offer a free bottle of water

Soap dispenser in shower was broken.

The room was very small especially the bathroom. This also meant very little privacy in the bathroom. We had 2 seperate beds which were pushed together, but as they were also seperate sheets etc they kept moving apart.

Booked this hotel because we were on motorcycles and said parking available at a cost no problem when we got there was told there car park was not open and the people who have the garage next door don't allow motorcycles in so use the public car park around the corner parked bikes there 3 days went to pay 90.00 euros wow then car park attended told us we shouldn't have parked there and we might receive a fine when we got back to the hotel re receptionist said we should have been given a half price voucher towards the parking when we checked in but nothing was said not a good experience really the man when we checked in not helpful at all night staff really good just this one male staff member put a downer on it but in saying that the hotel was central clean and tidy not sure if I would return though
